 Job Summary
 
 
 
 As a
 
 GS Site Manager
 
 , you will independently oversee the daily activities and ensure contract compliance for a large-scale project located on-site. Operating within established policies, procedures, and company-approved systems, your responsibilities will span such actions as project setup, transitional activities, vendor management, and client relations. You will manage subordinate Site Managers and direct both technical and administrative aspects of the project.
 
 
 
 Roles And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Independently manage daily operations and contract compliance for a large-sized project in accordance with company policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and direct the efforts of the technical and administrative sides of the project, including staffing, personnel management, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee transitional activities, vendor management, client relations, project setup, and contract changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage subordinate Site Managers and coordinate efforts across multiple project sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Task Order Manager and ensure alignment with project requirements in case of differences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle responsibilities such as project setup, subcontracting strategy, shop drawing review, processing contract changes, and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate required reports for both owners and in-house purposes.

 Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, And Certifications)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree at least 8 years of operational management of government-sponsored programs, with a background in construction or facility maintenance. An additional 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior site-level facilities/operations experience is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have experience managing 200-500 employees in dispersed operations across multiple locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be capable of managing an entire project ranging from $7 to $15 million or bid packages on a larger project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Lead HSE Construction - Al Omairah Topside facilities

Overview KBR is looking for a Planner to support the maintenance of crude flexibility project critical equipment at Adnoc Refining, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.  Responsibilities

 Responsible for pre &ndash; award activities including bid invitation preparation, processing queries from bidders, preparation of bid evaluation programmes, evaluation of bids, negotiation, preparation of Recommendation for Award, contract preparation and award formalities in accordance with Client Project Gate System and procedures

 Manages the drafting of Invitation to Tender packages for contracts for large O&amp;G facilities projects. Review and, if necessary, proposes comments on and propose alternative text/clauses to client contract conditions;

 Reviews issues with legal, risk management, tax, and accounting personnel as a condition precedent to submitting to management for approval.

 Functions as a part of a negotiating team consisting of project management staff, to establish the terms and conditions of a contract.

 Monitors and ensures the business provisions of assigned contracts are administered to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Keeps the Projects Contracts Manager advised as to the scope, financial, and risk features of applicable contracts.

 Ensures documentation to negotiate change orders are properly produced and maintained.

 Prepares letters to clients requesting approvals and interpretations necessary to comply with the provisions of the contract.

 Ensure project/facility acceptance documents are prepared and are followed through and that acceptances are signed by the client.

 Furnishes business and financial information requested by the client concerning the project, as delegated by the Project Manager.

 Identifies contractual problems and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Follows up on those problems which demand management attention, to ensure timely response to the client, and Management of Contract Quality standards.
