 KBR is looking for Electrical Technician I to support the maintenance project at Satorp, Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 
 Summary
 
 
 
 To Execute activities of maintenance focused in compliance with the preventive and predictive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.
 
 
 Coordinate with Electrical Supervisor the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan. Control SAP PM Notification backlog. Submit progress reports to Electrical Supervisor, on a regular basis.
 
 
 Provide maintenance and repairs on all types of electrical equipment&rsquo;s (such as generators, transformers, MCC, Lighting and motors). Execute maintenance activities in accordance to standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer&rsquo;s recommendation and contract terms
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6 to 8 years&rsquo; experience in maintenance of Oil &amp; Gas, Refinery industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil &amp; Gas / Refinery facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized 3rd party certification body or an accredited Saudi Institute attesting the individual&rsquo;s qualifications and competency to perform the work
 
 
 </li>

 - who Provide control and coordination of all planning and Scheduling activities related to Routine Maintenance for all the operational areas, including Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Lead contractor&rsquo;s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions Prepare long-term maintenance plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective use of efficient maintenance system like CMMS. Monitor and collect data from system for review of management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide solution for optimisation of resources. Provide Inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review actual Vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimise deviations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept. meeting.
 </li>

 Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI&rsquo;s against target.

 Review and present manpower planning Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept. for planning related issue.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 12+year&rsquo;s experience of a refinery plant with planning section
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervision and leadership skills in refinery industries maintenance planning field
 </li>
 <li>
 Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership skills with large organizations
 </li>
 <li>

 Responsible for assisting with the repairs, adjustments, and ongoing/preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings, systems, or machinery. Areas of specialization may include, but are not limited to the following: electrical, mechanical, vacuum, motors, hydraulic, fuels, gasoline, diesel, refrigeration, and all other types of equipment. May assist with maintenance for electrical, painting, HVAC and/or carpentry, meters, gauges, switches, valves, pumps, plumbing fixtures, plasters, brick, and woodwork. Build sheds and other outbuildings. Conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required. Maintains all tools, measuring instruments, and equipment necessary to perform work. Typically rquires working knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through formal training or work experience. Works under moderate supervision in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions. Work is typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
