 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Primary responsibilities include recurring maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on chilled water systems, hot water heaters, boilers, HVAC package and split systems, air compressors, window units, freezer boxes, refrigerators, and other miscellaneous refrigeration equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, carpentry, painting and grounds maintenance
 
 
 
 Roles And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Responds to service calls and installation on a variety of HVAC systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs tests and troubleshooting using various analog and digital test equipment, ohmmeters, ammeters, voltmeters, watt meters, transistor testers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, frequency meters, protective relays, and cable test equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Repairs and maintains computer-based systems that control and monitor a building&rsquo;s mechanical and electrical HVAC automation systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors for malfunctions to identify faulty equipment and conducts routine repairs of Building Automation system hardware to include disassembly, replacement, and troubleshooting of equipment.
 </li>

 Prepares, updates, and maintains a variety of data forms, records, and reports.

 Complies with local and US electrical safety codes, standards, regulations, practices, and environmental laws.

 Position Summary
 
 
 
 Under general oversight and guidance from the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) the Escort shall provide observation services located at assigned locations to augment the unit&rsquo;s Security Monitor program. Shall work as an integrated member of the unit and provide operations continuity during rotation of personnel. The Escort uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.

 Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.

 Monitors LN/OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.

 The contract aims to provide project management, co-ordination, planning, design, engineering, construction management, contracting, procurement, project controls and other services for construction of new oil field facilities, up-grading of existing facilities, and transfer of technology.
 
 
 
 Primary Objectives

 Management of support services for supervising and directing engineering, procurement and management of construction contractors appointed by the Client.
