We are growing fast and looking for a reliable, organized, and versatile Operations Assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.This role touches nearly every part of the business &mdash; from HR coordination and catering communications to creative support and supplier management. You will work closely with our leadership team and need to be someone who is comfortable switching gears quickly, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of tasks without being asked twice.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being the person who makes everything click, this role is for you.WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and applicants</li><li>Send onboarding and hiring documents to new employees</li><li>Make bank runs and monitor cash deposits</li><li>Assist in capturing photo and video content for use across our restaurant brands</li><li>Create graphic designs for social media, menus, promotions, and internal use</li><li>Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Respond to inbound catering inquiries and manage client communication throughout the process</li><li>Draft catering proposals and maintain ongoing communication with catering clients</li><li>Deliver catering orders and assist kitchen staff with order preparation as needed</li><li>Manage and track invoices from suppliers across all brands</li><li>Place and monitor inventory orders to ensure adequate stock levels</li><li>Support the leadership team with additional tasks as the business requires</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills &mdash; you will be representing our brands in writing daily</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once</li><li>Comfortable with basic graphic design tools &mdash; Canva or similar</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks without heavy supervision</li><li>Professional and personable demeanor when interacting with clients, candidates, and vendors</li><li>Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license &mdash; local deliveries required</li><li>Reliable laptop for administrative and creative work</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for catering order support</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role</li><li>Background in or genuine interest in the restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage industry</li><li>Experience with invoice management, vendor communication, or basic bookkeeping</li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace &mdash; Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Drive</li><li>Comfortable on camera and assisting with content creation</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92106

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are Loma Hospitality Group &mdash; a San Diego-based restaurant group behind three distinct concepts: KebabCraft, Liberty Wing Co., and Loma Salad Bar. Each brand has its own identity, audience, and story, and we need a sharp, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to help us tell them.
This is not a post-and-ghost role. You will work across all three brands &mdash; creating content, building community, managing paid campaigns, and dreaming up activations that actually move the needle. If you are someone who spots a marketing opportunity before anyone else asks, loves the energy of the hospitality industry, and gets genuinely excited about building brands online, we want to hear from you. 
WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul>
<li>
Create compelling content &mdash; photos, copy, Reels, and Stories &mdash; tailored to each brand's voice and audience</li>
<li>Schedule and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms</li>
<li>Manage email and text marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Create and present monthly metric reports</li>
<li>Drive community engagement &mdash; respond to comments, DMs, and reviews, and actively interact with relevant accounts</li>
<li>Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other ad platforms</li>
<li>Identify, reach out to, and manage influencer marketing partnerships across all three concepts</li>
<li>Develop and execute brand activation ideas &mdash; events, collabs, promotions, and pop-up moments</li>
<li>Proactively identify marketing opportunities that maximize ROI and brand visibility</li>
<li>Pitch in on additional tasks as the team and business needs evolve</li></ul> 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul>
<li>
1+ years of social media management or marketing experience &mdash; brand, agency, or freelance</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)</li>
<li>Experience with Meta Business Suite or comparable ad platforms</li>
<li>Proficiency in Canva &mdash; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus</li>
<li>Strong writing skills with a natural feel for brand voice and tone</li>
<li>Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously</li>
<li>Genuine passion for food, hospitality, and the San Diego dining scene</li>
<li>Reliable smartphone with a capable camera</li>
<li>Reliable laptop for remote and on-site work</li></ul> 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul>
<li>
Experience in a restaurant, food &amp; beverage, or hospitality marketing environment</li>
<li>Existing relationships with San Diego-area food influencers or content creators</li>
<li>Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or Google Business Profile management</li>
<li>Comfort analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable strategy</li>
<li>Comfortable on camera and assisting with content creation</li></ul></div>
