</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in social media, digital storytelling, podcast production, or content creation
</li><li>Comfortable working closely with executives and leadership teams
</li><li>Experience creating and editing digital content for social media, podcasts, YouTube, or online brands
</li><li>Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Descript, Opus, Riverside, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
</li><li>Strong video editing and content production skills
</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior
