<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Overview
</h3>Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support an Executive Vice President (EVP). This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate with a high level of urgency and discretion.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting senior executives, comfortable working autonomously, and capable of managing both administrative and project-based responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities
</h3>Executive Support &amp; Administration
&middot; Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and call screening
&middot; Manage complex and frequently changing calendars with strong attention to detail
&middot; Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues
Operational &amp; Workflow Management
&middot; Manage workflow and ensure deadlines and priorities are met
&middot; Exercise independent judgment in handling day-to-day business matters, especially during EVP travel
&middot; Maintain organization of documents, communications, and executive priorities
Communication &amp; Representation
&middot; Serve as a liaison between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders
&middot; Interact professionally with senior leadership, board members, and external partners
&middot; Draft and manage correspondence and executive communications
Meeting &amp; Event Coordination
&middot; Plan and coordinate large-scale meetings (e.g., town halls, leadership meetings)
&middot; Manage logistics including scheduling, locations, travel, technology setup, and materials
&middot; Partner with cross-functional teams as needed for event execution
Project &amp; Analytical Support
&middot; Support special projects including data collection, reporting, and analysis
&middot; Develop reports, presentations, and summaries for executive review
&middot; Provide insights and track key initiatives as needed 
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications
</h3>&middot; Experience supporting C-level or EVP-level executives
&middot; Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience required
&middot; 8+ years of professional administrative experience supporting senior leadership
&middot; Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
&middot; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
&middot; Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
&middot; Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
&middot; High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
&middot; Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs

</h3>&middot; Experience working with board members and senior leadership teams
&middot; Strong project coordination and event planning experience
