Kentyko Inc, is a family owned &amp; operated independent contractor with FedEx is looking for Full Time Non-CDL Package Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a package delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely &amp; efficiently deliver and/or pick-up FedEx packages to &amp; from commercial &amp; residential customers on established routes Monday - Friday, with Saturdays &amp; Sundays (required to work at least 1 Saturday &amp; Sunday per month or 2 weekend days per month) for additional pay in Clive-Urbandale-Windsor Heights.FedEx Delivery Driver Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>REQUIRED -Clean Motor Vehicle Record with valid Iowa Driver's License, a background check will be ran.</li><li>REQUIRED-Clean Criminal State &amp; Federal Record for the past 10 years. No felonies, theft, drug related misdemeanors or violent misdemeanors, a background check will be ran. </li><li>Must be able to pass a TSA security screening</li><li>Must be able to pass a DOT physical to obtain a DOT Med Card. (Paid for by company)</li><li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening &amp; random drug screening through employment history. (Paid for by company)</li><li>Authorized to work in the USA.</li><li>Heavy lifting, must be able to lift, carry, push, pull items up to 150 lbs.</li><li>At least 1 Saturday &amp; Sunday or 2 weekend days per month is required.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safety First, must be able to safely operate vehicles at all times and follow all safety guidelines.</li><li>Deliver and/or pick up all item's approved by FedEx standards, up to 150 lbs. safely &amp; efficiently.</li><li>Collect customers signature, photos of items.</li><li>Pre &amp; post-trip inspects &amp; monitor of the delivery vehicle.</li><li>Fast paced work environment, working in all weather conditions.</li><li>Be a team player.</li><li>Follow all safety and security procedures.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>FedEx Uniforms provided for all seasons</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision Insurance with employer contribution after 30 days of employment</li><li>Upright &amp; kickdown carts provided</li><li>iPad for business use only to provided daily turn by turn direction of daily route</li><li>Paid time off after 1 year of employment</li><li>Starting pay is $800.00 for 5 days worked, pay is 1 week in the rear, paid every Friday</li><li>Saturday &amp; Sunday routes available for additional pay</li><li>Threshold Pay/Bonus Pay</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul>Summary As a Full Time FedEx Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safe and timely delivery &amp; pickup of packages, utilizing your core skills in delivery driver experience, driving, and heavy lifting.
