 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within corporate, government, and institutional sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and client requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree .
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware, laptops, or technology solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong network within corporate or enterprise sectors is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a sales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
 </li>
