Kinty Jones Heating &amp; Cooling is hiring an experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer / Journeyman to join our team in Rogers, AR. If you're a skilled installer ready to take charge of projects, mentor others, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you! This role provides a healthy base compensation with a highly attractive piece structure.
