Leveraging your design knowledge and customer-centric mindset, you will guide clients through product selection, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage B2C &amp; B2B customers through in-store consultations, online inquiries, and field visits, providing expert guidance on furniture and design solutions.</li><li>Leverage your design expertise to recommend products that align with clients&rsquo; style preferences, functional needs, and spatial requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, corporate clients, real estate developers, interior designers, and procurement teams.</li><li>Conduct professional presentations and product demos for B2B clients to support bulk orders and long-term partnerships.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, finishes, and furniture innovations to enhance your sales approach.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams&mdash;design, production, logistics, and marketing&mdash;to deliver seamless customer experiences.</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and closing deals across multiple channels.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups using CRM tools for effective pipeline management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, ideally within the furniture, interior design, or home d&eacute;cor industry.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Passion for furniture, design aesthetics, and creating meaningful customer experiences.</li><li>Ability to understand floor plans, materials, and product specifications.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>

Sales Executive

We are looking for a skilled Fit-Out Carpenter to join our interior decoration team. The ideal candidate should have experience in custom joinery, woodwork, furniture installation, wall paneling, doors, partitions, and other interior fit-out works. You will play a key role in executing high-end interior projects with precision and quality craftsmanship for residential, commercial projects, retail, restaurants, hotels &amp; offices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install and assemble wooden furniture, cabinets, partitions, wall panels, doors, and other custom joinery elements.</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications.</li><li>Conduct finishing work, including sanding, polishing, and varnishing.</li><li>Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of all installed elements.</li><li>Work closely with designers, supervisors, and other tradespeople to meet project requirements and deadlines.</li><li>Maintain workplace safety and adhere to company guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Carpenter in the interior decoration or construction industry.</li><li>Expertise in working with wood, MDF, plywood, veneer, and laminate materials.</li><li>Strong ability to use carpentry tools and machines efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of different joinery techniques and finishing methods.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Can speak Hindi, English &amp; Arabic is an added advantage.</li></ul>Salary package: Will discussed upon interview based on experience and knowledgeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
