People &amp; Culture CoordinatorPurpose: To provide operational support to the People &amp; Culture team on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The role will have a clear focus on delivering high quality people administration across the company whilst helping to deliver a friendly and effective people-focused service.Reporting To: People &amp; Culture ManagerWorking Hours &amp; Location:<ul><li>Monday to Friday, 9:00am &ndash; 5:00pm based in our Hemel Hempstead Head Office.</li><li>Hybrid working arrangement, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week following successful completion of the induction period.</li></ul>Responsibilities:Onboarding &amp; Recruitment Administration<ul><li>Accurately prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and new-joiner packs.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding logistics, including orientation scheduling, background checks, and right-to-work/visa verifications.</li><li>Collating interview packs for hiring managers during the recruitment stages and ensuring that completed packs are received before job offers are issued.</li><li>Tracking probationary periods and preparing the relevant documentation.</li></ul>Data &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records in the company HRS (e.g., CIPHR) including new joiner set-ups.</li><li>Process changes in employment, such as promotions, salary adjustments, and leavers.</li><li>Administering exit processes.</li><li>Generate regular and ad-hoc reports regarding holidays, absence and performance metrics etc.</li><li>Partner with Payroll and deliver timely reports to ensure Payroll data is processed correctly.</li><li>Archiving of People documents in keeping with ISO 27001.</li></ul>Employee Support &amp; Operations<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding routine people support requests (e.g., benefits, system queries, location of documents, references etc).</li><li>Administer employee benefits (e.g., holiday purchasing, EV salary sacrifice etc) and assist with enrolment processes.</li><li>To manage the administration of all employee recognition and anniversary rewards in a timely manner.</li><li>To provide notetaking support for employee relation matters and support on coordinating casepacks.</li><li>To escalate employee relations matters to the Advisory Lead/People &amp; Culture Manager/Director where necessary.</li><li>To support on ad-hoc People &amp; Culture projects as and when required.</li></ul>Success enablers:<ul><li>Capable of building high levels of trust and respect at all levels.</li><li>Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail.</li><li>A confident communicator who can handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.</li><li>Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li><li>Passionate about inclusion and great people support.</li></ul>Qualifications and experience:Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:<ul><li>CIPD Level 3 certified or working towards.</li><li>HR experience or experience in People administration.</li><li>High-level proficiency in HR systems.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Working knowledge of UK-GDPR and Right to Work</li></ul>Work Location: In person
