Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Retail Manager to lead strategic and day-to-day operations across our retail network in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for optimizing store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and driving alignment with the company&rsquo;s commercial objectives across all locations.Note: Only candidates residing in KSA with relevant retail management experience will be considered.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and oversee all retail operations across 55&ndash;60 stores to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.</li><li>Review financial performance and P&amp;L reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.</li><li>Collaborate with the Brand Merchandise Manager to optimize store layouts, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.</li><li>Drive execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance overall store performance.</li><li>Develop, mentor, and coach store leadership teams to strengthen operational capabilities and ensure succession readiness.</li><li>Ensure effective implementation of company policies, processes, and performance standards across all retail locations.</li><li>Manage budgets, manpower planning, and operational scheduling to support business objectives and maximize efficiency.</li><li>Establish and monitor stock control and loss prevention measures, ensuring compliance with company procedures and achieving inventory targets.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Retail, Retail Management, or Business Management.</li><li>10&ndash;12 years of progressive retail experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-location operations, preferably within the GCC.</li><li>Proven experience in managing large-scale retail networks and achieving commercial objectives.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to operational problem-solving and execution.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales performance and profitability.</li><li>Innovative, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous improvement.</li></ul>Why Join UsIf you are an experienced retail professional passionate about operational excellence and leading high-performing teams, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing retail network in Saudi Arabia.Job Type: Full-time
