<p><b>
What does the Strategic Programmes Manufacturing team do in technology &amp; innovation of Rebar?</b></p>
<p>
The mission is clear. To industrialised civil engineering through automation, robotics and industry principles. Unlocking productivity and transforming how major infrastructure is delivered.</p>
<p>
They own the full reinforcement ecosystem. This includes cutting, bending, pre-assembly and installation. This is done by utilising the latest digital techniques and automated manufacturing facility here in the UK.</p>
<p><b>
Key responsibilities</b></p>
<p>
Coordinate activity across multiple concurrent workstream packages, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, ownership is established, and progress is tracked against plan. Maintain short- to mid-term programme plans in partnership with the Programme Manager, keeping delivery aligned to the wider schedule.</p>
<p>
Monitor workstream performance and provide clear, regular updates for leadership. Flag risks, blockers, and critical path issues early to enable timely decision-making.</p>
<p>
Prepare high-quality materials to support leadership engagement, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Executive summaries</li>
<li>Progress dashboards</li>
<li>Presentations and decision papers</li>
</ul>
<p>Develop business cases to support spend approvals, setting out:</p>
<ul>
<li>Structured options and appraisals</li>
<li>Pros and cons of each approach</li>
<li>Clear, evidence-based recommendations</li>
</ul>
<p>Coordinate dependencies and interfaces across key teams, including engineering, commercial, digital, and procurement, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.</p>
<p>
Support the commercial strategy by gathering data, conducting analysis, and contributing to the overall positioning of the programme.</p>
<p>
Keep the workstream running effectively by maintaining governance and delivery rhythms:</p>
<ul>
<li>Action and decision logs</li>
<li>Meeting cadences</li>
<li>Reporting and oversight routines</li>
</ul>
<p>Build strong relationships with senior LOR and client stakeholders, representing the workstream with professionalism, clarity, and confidence in both formal and informal settings.</p>
<p>
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and enhance processes, reporting, and overall delivery performance.</p>
<p><b>
Experience and skills</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Background in civil or structural engineering, construction management or a related technical discipline &mdash; section engineer or above</li>
<li>Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary workstreams on infrastructure or construction programmes</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills &mdash; able to produce clear, well-structured reports, presentations and business cases</li>
<li>Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing this capability &mdash; understanding of contract structures, cost management and commercial risk.</li>
<li>Proficiency in planning and programme management tools.</li>
<li>Confident with Microsoft Office suite &mdash; particularly PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and analysis</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills &mdash; able to build relationships and influence across engineering, commercial and leadership teams</li>
<li>Degree-qualified in engineering, construction management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience like apprenticeship, HNC , HND or working experiences).</li>

As a Trainee Project Coordinator (Document Controller), you will support the smooth running of projects by ensuring critical information is accurate, accessible and well managed. <li>Downloading and managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and QARs (Quality Assurance Records)</li>
<li>Collating and uploading records to central systems in line with agreed standards</li>
<li>Creating clear, well-structured document packs for project records</li>
<li>Uploading information to platforms such as Asite, BIM XTRA and Novade</li>
<li>Helping ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and easy to access</li>
</ul>
<p>You'll work closely with experienced coordinators and learn how information underpins quality, safety and successful delivery.</p>

<br><div><p>Expanded are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer (Sub Agent) to to work on our Brighton Hospital project!</p>
<p>
As a Senior Engineer you will safely and effectively manage a set of tasks and will be technically responsible for the outcome. Reporting directly to the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the management and supervision of 2 to 4 Section Engineers and any sub-contractors. A lot of our projects utilise self-delivery. This means less reliance on subcontractors and utilising our own workforce and engineering professionals. This includes digital engineering (BIM), off site manufacturing (DFMA), Plant, Design and many other in-house functions.</p>
<p><b>
Role:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a team of Site/Section Engineers</li>
<li>Utilise and recommend best engineering methods</li>
<li>Design process knowledge</li>
<li>RAMS</li>
<li>Interpret as-built information</li>
<li>Provides guidance to less experience staff</li>
<li>Completes QA documentation and record keeping</li>
<li>Implements ITP requirements</li>
<li>Production of method statements or understanding of how they are produced</li>
<li>Temporary works understanding and TWC (Temporary works coordinator)</li>
<li>Understanding of materials and plant including call off schedules</li>
<li>Aware of site HS&amp;E procedures</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Civil Engineering Discipline, other construction related degree, or an industry recognised technical or engineering qualification (e.g. HNC, HND, NVQ level 4) plus demonstrable experience in a construction delivery environment.</li>
<li>Circa 6 years relevant technical / practical experience within an engineering role.</li>
