The position of Welder performs tasks related to the steel phase of construction safely, efficiently, and to Landmark's quality standards.

Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>SMAW flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions</li>
<li>GTAW</li>
<li>MCAW</li>
<li>GMAW</li>
<li>FCAW gas shielded and self-shielded wire flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions</li>
<li>Experience welding FCAW on ceramic backer.</li>
<li>Experience reading WPS</li>
<li>Experience welding and passing X Rays on 1 &quot; thick plate (AWWA D100 D107 D1.1) codes</li>
<li>Arc gouge flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions</li>
<li>Oxy/acetylene or oxy/propylene torch work</li>
<li>Understanding or reading of drawings and/or blueprints</li>
<li>Working at heights up to 200'</li>
<li>A strong safety knowledge/safety culture</li>
</ul>
Non-Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Layout, erect, dismantle, and load tank jig, scaffolding, and other miscellaneous steel structures</li>
<li>Layout, secure, brace, and pin steel plate, including cone, vertical, shell, ring beam, access tube, and other associated steel tank structures and appurtenances</li>
<li>Rigging knowledge</li>
<li>Signaling of cranes and other heavy construction equipment</li>
<li>Safe operation of construction tools and equipment</li>
<li>Understanding of various piping and valve installations</li>
<li>Installation of various hardware, vents, hatches, and specialty items</li>
<li>Grinding, sanding, and polishing</li>
<li>Operation of hydraulic tank hoisting equipment</li>
<li>Fall protection methods</li>
<li>Understanding of OSHA Part 1926</li>

Required Qualifications

<li>2 to 5 years of similar experience of progressive responsibility</li>

<li>Experience with discipline-specific industry standards (API, ASME, AWWA, NACE, ACI, etc.)</li>
</ul>

The Field Concrete Journeyman is responsible for works on water tower construction projects by transferring from one task to another where demands require worker with varied experience and ability to work without close supervision.

Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Setting forms, tying reinforcing steel, placing concrete, removing forms</li>
<li>Layout, erect, dismantle, and load tank jig, scaffolding, and other miscellaneous steel structures</li>
<li>Layout, secure, brace, and pin steel plate, including cone, vertical, shell, ring beam, access tube, and other associated steel tank structures and appurtenances</li>
<li>Basic surveying and general layout abilities</li>
<li>Rigging knowledge</li>
<li>Signaling of cranes and other heavy construction equipment</li>
<li>Safe operation of construction tools and equipment</li>
<li>Grinding, sanding, and polishing</li>
<li>Practice safe working habits and proper use of personal protective equipment</li>
<li>Arrive at jobsite or departure point on time</li>
<li>Attend and participate in crew safety meetings</li>
<li>Immediately report all incidents and unsafe site, equipment or rigging conditions to supervisor</li>
<li>Understand and practice the Landmark Safety Policy. Observe all safety practices and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain Landmark property, equipment, jobsite, office and tool house in a clean and orderly fashion.</li>

Field Concrete Journeyman

The position of Construction Administrator will perform administrative functions in support of the field operations of Landmark.
Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Prepare/review various tickets, reports, invoices, purchase orders for completion and submit for processing internally.</li>
<li>Review hours worked for field crews through an online timekeeping platform and coordinate with internal payroll function.</li>
<li>Update project spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.</li>
<li>Other general administrative functions as required.</li>
</ul>
