Prospect engagement</b> &mdash; Greet prospects, answer phones, and conduct professional apartment tours</div></div></li><li><div><div><b>
Marketing &amp; leasing</b> &mdash; Market available units and assist with move‑ins and renewals</div></div></li><li><div><div><b>
Lease administration</b> &mdash; Prepare and process leases and related paperwork</div></div></li><li><div><div><b>
Rent collection</b> &mdash; Collect rent and support delinquency follow‑up</div></div></li><li><div><div><b>
