The Center for People with Disabilities is urgently seeking dedicated and experienced Special Education Teachers to join our growing team in Qatar. Successful candidates will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for students with special needs, ensuring each learner reaches their full potential.Key Responsibilities&middot; Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and educational strategies tailored to students with diverse learning needs.&middot; Adapt curriculum materials and teaching methodologies to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles.&middot; Assess students&rsquo; academic, social, and emotional development and maintain accurate progress records.&middot; Provide direct instruction in both individual and group settings.&middot; Collaborate effectively with specialists, therapists, and families to deliver holistic educational experiences.&middot; Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment.&middot; Ensure compliance with all relevant special education policies, procedures, and standards.&middot; Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.Qualifications &amp; Experience&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).&middot; Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience working with individuals with special needs (5 years preferred).&middot; Strong knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), behavior management strategies, and differentiated instruction.&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&middot; Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.Job Type: Full-time
