What You Will Do:

As an Operations Research Analyst, you&rsquo;re passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. We need an experienced research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our clients. On our analysis and application development team, you'll help solve complex analytical problems, assist with developing process improvement solutions, and create applications and tools to enhance productivity. You won&rsquo;t go at it alone, you will help guide a team to develop study plans, conduct research, create models and tools, brief decision makers, and write reports. In this role, you&rsquo;ll use your passion for analytics and statistics to devise modeling and measuring techniques utilizing mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques such as linear programming, simulation, task automation, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines. Use your operations research knowledge to develop technologies and concepts that advance efficiencies for government customers.

Our Requirements for this Role:
<ul>
<li>At least ten (10) years of experience with conducting analysis of management and operational problems using operations research techniques</li>
<li>Four (4) years of experience with the application of modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems</li>
<li>Four (4) years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives</li>
<li>Four (4) years of experience with PANDAS, R, Excel and VBA, ARENA, OCTAVE, Tableau, Gurobi and CPLEX, EXTENDSIM, SAS, NETICA, stats models, Stata, MATLAB, or SPSS</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field</li>
</ul>
Desired Experience:
<ul>
<li>Experience with developing and performing verification and validation of models to ensure adequacy</li>
<li>Experience developing and delivering training materials for operations research techniques</li>
<li>Experience conducting problem definition and gathering data requirements from stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience briefing results and preparing written reports on analytic approaches and methodologies</li>
<li>Experience with the use of machine learning and large language models to solve complex problems</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field</li>

Operations Research Analyst- (OD-2)

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI minimum 
What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNO Developer with strong reverse engineering capabilities to support advanced research, systems development, and threat analysis. This role requires deep knowledge of the Windows operating system internals, low-level programming, and the ability to analyze and deconstruct binaries for vulnerabilities, malware, or undocumented system behavior. Design, develop, and maintain low-level kernel-mode components, drivers, and subsystems for Windows platforms. Perform reverse engineering of Windows binaries (both legitimate and malicious) to understand system behavior, exploits, or undocumented APIs. Conduct vulnerability research and proof-of-concept exploit development. Analyze crash dumps, root cause bugs, and provide kernel-level debugging and troubleshooting support. Collaborate with cybersecurity researchers, analysts, and software engineers to support security-focused development efforts. Document findings, architecture, and procedures clearly for internal teams or external clients. 
Our minimum requirements for this role:
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI clearance.</li>
<li>3+ years of CNO development experience with Windows.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Previous experience in Windows kernel development.</li>
<li>Proficient in C/C++ for systems-level programming.</li>
<li>Expertise with reverse engineering tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, x64dbg, WinDbg, and Hex-Rays.</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of Windows internals (e.g., kernel-mode drivers, memory management, system calls, PE file format).</li>
<li>Experience with kernel-mode debugging and root cause analysis.</li>
<li>Familiarity with secure coding practices and low-level exploit mitigation techniques (e.g., PatchGuard, CFG, DEP/ASLR).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of malware behavior and techniques</li></ul>
