Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Craft high‑quality beverages using premium spirits, liqueurs, fresh fruits, herbs, and spices.</li><li>
Greet guests promptly and take beverage orders directly or through restaurant servers.</li><li>
Prepare and mix cocktails and other beverages in accordance with company standards.</li><li>
Maintain bottles, glassware, and bar displays in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner.</li><li>
Provide wine recommendations, explain wine characteristics, and follow proper wine‑service techniques.</li><li>
Collaborate with the culinary team to create mixers and garnishes.</li><li>
Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal alcohol‑service requirements.</li><li>
Handle an assigned cash bank and follow all cash‑handling procedures.</li><li>
Process payments and accurately reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.</li><li>
Ensure the bar is fully stocked with tools, supplies, and products; prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed.</li><li>
Serve food to bar guests courteously and promptly.</li><li>
Maintain a strong working knowledge of food and beverage menus, promotions, and product offerings.</li><li>
Keep the bar area clean, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass doors and windows.</li><li>
Assist in organizing catering storage spaces.</li><li>
Attend required meetings and training sessions.</li><li>
Perform general cleaning duties to meet health and safety standards.</li><li>

The University of Miami has entered a long-term partnership with Legends to oversee athletics ticket sales, customer service, annual fund solicitation/engagement, ticket operations, digital marketing, corporate partnerships, and multi-media rights opportunities. In addition, Legends will represent the University in developing campus-wide strategic partnerships. As the exclusive partner for Miami Athletics, Legends will engage Hurricanes fans and donors, local and regional South Florida businesses, and national brands with unique and integrated sponsorship, ticketing, and hospitality options.</div><div></div><div><b>
THE ROLE</b></div><div>
The <b>Lead Video Producer, Brand &amp; Partnerships</b> is a key creative role within the Miami Athletics content team and serves as the lead shooter and editor across assigned revenue-generating content initiatives. This position is a hands-on production leader responsible for owning projects from concept through final delivery, with a strong emphasis on sponsored content, NIL fulfillment, branded storytelling, partner campaigns, ticketing &amp; hospitality experience, development and marketing-driven creative.</div><div></div><div>
This role plays a central part in the department&rsquo;s commercial content efforts by leading assigned productions end-to-end, helping shape creative concepts, and collaborating closely with partnerships, marketing, digital, ticketing, development and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life and drive revenue. The ideal candidate is an experienced producer with strong creative instincts, high-level technical ability, and the ability to take ownership of projects while maintaining creative quality, efficiency, and brand alignment across all deliverables.</div><div></div><div><b>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as the lead shooter and editor for assigned commercial content projects, including sponsored content, NIL fulfillment, branded campaigns, partner activations, and marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Own assigned projects from ideation through final delivery, leading the creative execution across pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery.</li><li>
Play a key role in developing, pitching, and refining content concepts that align with partner objectives, marketing priorities, revenue goals, and Miami Athletics brand standards.</li><li>
Work closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Creative teams to align on goals, gather project requirements, and ensure smooth execution throughout the lifecycle of each project.</li><li>
Lead hands-on production efforts in both studio and field settings.</li><li>
Coordinate and execute all production needs for assigned shoots, including planning, scheduling, equipment prep, lighting, audio, shot development, talent coordination, and on-site logistics.</li><li>
Shoot and deliver high-quality short-form and long-form content for social media, digital platforms, in-venue use, paid media, sales materials, and partner-facing content.</li><li>
Lead the post-production process on assigned projects, including editing, footage organization, asset management, and final output preparation across multiple platforms.</li><li>
Help maintain a high standard of creative quality, storytelling, and brand consistency across all commercial and revenue-focused content.</li><li>
Bring a strong understanding of platform-first storytelling and create content that is optimized for social, digital, web, in-venue, and campaign use.</li><li>
Stay current on content trends, production techniques, and branded storytelling best practices to help elevate the department&rsquo;s creative output and identify new opportunities.</li><li>
Serve as a key contributor within the department by helping support workflow, production planning, and creative collaboration across teams.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in video production, film, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of professional experience in video production, creative production, branded content, or a related field.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.</li><li>
Experience with professional camera systems, including cinema, DSLR, and mirrorless platforms such as Sony, Canon, RED, and Blackmagic.</li><li>
Strong command of lighting, audio capture, production planning, and post-production workflows.</li><li>
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong creative judgment and problem-solving skills in fast-paced production environments.</li><li>
Self-starter with excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.</li><li>
Ability to work nights, weekends, and select events as production schedules require.</li><li>
