<div><p>As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment across assigned areas. Your duties include daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, making beds, and restocking supplies. You will play a key role in upholding cleanliness standards to ensure comfort and satisfaction for all occupants. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently are essential to your success in this role.</p><div><div><ul><li>
Complete cleaning duties in assigned apartments thoroughly and on schedule, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.</li><li>
Responsible for the safe and proper cleanup of bodily fluids from Pets and Humans</li><li>
Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.</li><li>
Sweep, dust mop, and damp mop all flooring in apartments and common hallways, including entryways and corridors.</li><li>
Clean and sanitize apartment bathrooms, including sinks, tubs/showers, toilets, mirrors, and floors.</li><li>
Dust, wipe, and disinfect furniture and surfaces in living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas within each apartment.</li><li>
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to property protocols.</li><li>
Maintain respectful, courteous communication with residents, property staff, and visitors at all times.</li><li>
Follow resident preferences, building policies, and applicable safety, health, and cleanliness regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.</li><li>
Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code.

Pays close attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned.</li><li>
Manages time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.</li><li>
Understands proper cleaning techniques and how to use cleaning products safely.</li><li>
Has the physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.</li><li>
Is reliable and punctual, consistently showing up on time.</li><li>
Follows instructions carefully and adheres to safety procedures.</li><li>
Communicates clearly and respectfully with staff and guests.</li><li>
Respects privacy and maintains discretion when working in personal spaces.</li><li>
Works well as part of a team when needed.</li><li>
Keeps cleaning supplies and work areas organized and well-stocked.</li></ul><div><div><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED, preferred.</li><li>
6+ months housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience (especially in hotels, hospitals, or residential facilities).</li><li>
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products.</li><li>
