Sales Manager &ndash; Real EstateWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Qatar.Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve company targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents and sales executives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company&rsquo;s client base. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in Qatar.Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is highly preferred. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
