 Position Overview
 
 
 
 LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire an HR Administrator to support the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with clerical or office experience who is looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. The role offers exposure to onboarding, benefits, employee support, and HR systems, with strong potential for growth in responsibilities, title, and compensation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Onboarding &amp; Employee Support:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with onboarding processes including collecting and verifying I-9 documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate background checks and drug screenings for new hires
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new hire onboarding workflows and documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 HR Operations &amp; Projects:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the rollout of a new Learning Management System (LMS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with HR leadership on various day-to-day activities
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Required:

 Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor

 Motivated to learn and grow within Human Resources
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate with multiple managers and adapt to different working styles
 </li>

 Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
 </li>
 </ul>

 Clerical or office administrative experience
 </li>

 Interest in transitioning into or growing within HR

Financial Analyst

 LHH is working on behalf of our growing client in the non-profit space who is looking to bring an Accounts Payable Accountant on board on a 4+ month contract basis. This will require some in-office work in Manhattan, NY. Prior experience utilizing NetSuite is a highly preferred!
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 <li>
 Process invoices and weekly payments for all US entities
 </li>
 <li>
 Review GL coding
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor requests within the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare year-end schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with ad-hoc reporting and month-end closing
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree highly preferred
