 Our client, a highly reputable financial services firm based in Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and precision.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and preparation of materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and ground transportation
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft correspondence, presentations, and other administrative documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with investor meetings, board materials, and high-level presentations as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage ad hoc projects and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership within financial services (private equity, hedge fund, investment banking preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and expenses
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism with exceptional communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in HR or people operations
 </li>
 <li>
 HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Human Resources Generalist

 LHH is working on behalf of our growing client in the non-profit space who is looking to bring an Accounts Payable Accountant on board on a 4+ month contract basis. This will require some in-office work in Manhattan, NY. Prior experience utilizing NetSuite is a highly preferred!
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process invoices and weekly payments for all US entities
 </li>
 <li>
 Review GL coding
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor requests within the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare year-end schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with ad-hoc reporting and month-end closing
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree highly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables &amp; v-lookups
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with NetSuite is preferred
 </li>

 Prior non-profit industry experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
