This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online voice and connect authentically with our community.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and engagement.</li><li>Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity; leverage this data to refine content strategies.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices by conducting keyword research to optimize content for search visibility and web analytics to track performance metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools.</li><li>Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement through targeted advertising strategies.</li><li>Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to enhance brand visibility through public relations efforts.</li><li>Proofread all content meticulously to maintain brand voice consistency and accuracy before publishing.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance regularly, prepare reports on key metrics, and adjust tactics accordingly for continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative work.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with video editing is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of branding principles, social media marketing strategies, e-commerce integration, and relationship management.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with photography or videography is a plus; familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns is preferred.
