Bistro Bartender

<div>Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing high level planning and analytical support for their assigned in-center business(es). This includes closely partnering with business operations to analyze data and provide insights, create and maintain reports, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.
The ideal candidate will combine financial and data analytics to measure KPI&rsquo;s and drive process improvements utilizing Microsoft Excel and industry-leading computer software such as Alteryx, Domo, and Workday/Adaptive. 
Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Collaborates with business operations to drive improvements by analyzing financial and operational data
</li><li>Supports the ongoing design, development, deployment and maintenance of reports
</li><li>Serves as point of contact for business and club operators to answer ad hoc questions
</li><li>Prepares, submits, and maintains budgets and forecasts; coordinating activities across finance and operations
</li><li>Collaborates with corporate management to drive business improvements through unstructured problem solving
</li></ul>Position Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field</li><li>
3+ years of experience in operational, financial or general business analysis</li><li>
Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel</li><li>
Understanding of accounting and finance principles</li><li>
Ability to follow-through on deliverables and pay attention to details in the midst of multiple projects and deadlines</li></ul>
Preferred Requirements<ul><li>
Experience with relational databases</li><li>

<div>Position Summary
The Bartender understands and follows alcohol serving laws. They prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages while interacting with customers, taking and serving food as necessary. The Bartender maintains a clean and sanitized environment
Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Follows recipes in order to appropriately prepare cocktails and other drinks, including adding garnish</li><li>
Serves members and customers in a timely fashion, including checking identification, accepting payment, and answering any questions that may arise</li><li>
Maintains cleanliness by cleaning bar surface, furniture, and equipment and returning used dishware to the bar/kitchen</li><li>
Maintains supplies by re-stocking liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients and replacing beer barrels</li><li>
Reconciles the bar's cash register at the end of the shift</li></ul> 
Position Requirements<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
1 to 2 years of bartending experience</li><li>
Certified to serve alcohol</li><li>

The LifeSpa Esthetician provides various skin and facial services and treatments that improves the guest&rsquo;s overall sense of well-being and enhances the club experience. This includes services such as facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and make-up application that exceed the guest&rsquo;s expectations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provides individualized skin and facial services and treatments that meet the clients&rsquo; needs and expectations</li><li>
Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments</li><li>
Discusses options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client</li><li>
Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness</li><li>
Serves as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens</li><li>
Promotes all LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
</li><li>Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry</li></ul> 
Position Requirements<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Esthetician License in state where work is performed</li><li>
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds</li></ul>
 Preferred Requirements<ul><li>
2 years of cosmetology experience</li><li>
6 months of sales experience</li><li>
