<div>Position Summary
As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks</li><li>
Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly</li><li>
Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget</li>
Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

</li></ul>Position Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time</li></ul>

The Club Social Media Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day social-media channel posts promoting the Life Time mission.
Job Duties/Responsibilities<ul><li>
Plans, writes, edits and manages day-to-day social media posts on various social media channels.</li><li>
Connects with like-minded organizations, experts, partners, and influencers to drive digital awareness of Life Time.</li><li>
Maintains working knowledge of health, fitness, and quality-of-life topics, sources, and trends, including relevant social-media streams and blogs.</li></ul>

As a Membership Concierge II, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement. Job Duties/Responsibilities<ul><li>
Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort</li><li>
Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences</li><li>
Receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition.</li><li>
Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies</li><li>
Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments</li><li>
Serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions.</li><li>
Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources</li></ul>
Minimum Required Qualifications
Candidates for this position must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication. They must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for 4 hours at a time and demonstrate a friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales</li></ul>

<div>Position Summary
The Massage Therapist provides various massage therapy services and treatments that compliments fitness programs, improves overall sense of well-being, and enhances the guest&rsquo;s fitness experience while living the mission, vision and core values of LifeSpa and Salon. They work to build relationships with other departments in the club and educate on benefits of massage therapy. They are responsible to designing sessions around guests specific needs and suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions. They work with the entire LifeSpa and Salon team to provide a superior experience in a professional atmosphere.
Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>
Provides individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients&rsquo; needs and expectations</li><li>
Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients</li><li>
Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments</li><li>
Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness</li><li>
Serves as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens</li><li>
Promotes and sells massage therapy services and treatments and encourages repeat business
</li>Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
