<div><div>The Trainer provides training and support for all new Customer Service Representatives within a designated company area.</div>
<ul><li>Responsible for providing excellent customer service support</li>
<li>Identifies new Customer Service Representative staff and schedules training</li>
<li>Provides training for applications</li>
<li>Provides training for all Customer Service Representatives and Central Customer Service Representative on managing held sales</li>
<li>Provides training on creating, organizing, updating, and maintaining patient charts</li>
<li>Reports to region manager/regional VP a monthly schedule of training</li>
<li>Coordinates special projects as assigned</li>
<li>Communicates policy changes and best practices</li>
<li>Schedules on-going and training for existing employees as needed</li>
<li>Mediates and resolves conflict to prevent escalation</li>
<li>Travels as needed to cover for Customer Service Representatives who are on vacation/leave</li>
<li>Assists with training acquisition Customer Service Representative staff on systems</li>
<li>Helps location management review applications of potential new hires, when requested</li>
<li>Solves problems independently with minimal supervision</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; some college preferred</li>
<li>Must have proven human relations skills dealing with referral sources, patients, and administrative departments
<ul><li>General office skills such as proficiency in PC programs and data entry, typing, filing, and basic math are essential</li>
</ul></li><li>Proficiency in Lincare applications</li>
<li>Prior experience as a Lincare CSR required</li>
<li>Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented</li>
<li>Able to effectively provide and respond to constructive criticism</li>
<li>Capable of following an issue through to its conclusion</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize issues/situations and respond accordingly</li>
<li>Able to effectively interact with all levels of the Lincare organization as well as Customers</li>
<li>Strong customer service</li>
<li>Home care/health care background is a plus</li></ul></div>

Trainer, Customer Service Rep

<div><p>The Inventory Manager acts as a liaison between Operations and Finance teams providing support and analysis of financial results and forecasts, business initiatives, and ad-hoc requests. Leads day to day inventory control activities for resupply central distribution. Compiles, assesses and presents comprehensive inventory reporting/data showing patterns, inventory needs and availability to Leadership. Works collectively with team members and Leadership to resolve inventory issues ensuring business targets are achieved. Leads implementation of asset management/inventory system for centralized warehouses and at a location level.</p>

<ul>
<li>Oversees inventory levels.</li>
<li>Creates inventory norms as per demand.</li>
<li>Maintains consistent stock of inventory.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains backup source for high-demand items.</li>
<li>Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need and proactively seeks solutions to avoid shortages.</li>
<li>Provides inventory reports/data to leadership.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and orders placed.</li>
<li>Manages and maintains inventory process/system.</li>
<li>Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.</li>
<li>Assists with physical inventory audits.</li>
<li>Performs CAPEX related Annual budgeting and forecasting.</li>
<li>Manages equipment returns analysis and process.</li>
<li>Executes overall inventory strategy.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Complies with all policies and standards.</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<p><b>Education &amp; Experience:
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree Required</li>
<li>Master's Degree Preferred</li>
<li>3-5 years previous experience Required</li>
<li>Demonstrable Inventory Control experience in warehouse environment Required</li>
<li>Experience in high volume shipment and large volume SKU across multiple sites Required</li>
<li>Experience in high volume revenue organization Required</li>
<li>Experience with inventory management and shipping software Required</li>
<li>Experience in AS400/IBMi is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in Maximo is a plus</li></ul></div>
