The Role:

</li><li>Consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, abide by all control systems

</li><li>Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager
</li><li>Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and HOB alcohol policies

</li><li>Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards
</li><li>Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB policy

</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>6+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, branding, or print and has worked in entertainment related industries.
</li><li>A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills will also be considered.
</li><li>Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design principles, layout, and typography. Proficient Mac user.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that effectively communicate messages and evoke desired emotions.
</li><li>Strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate and precise designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements.
</li><li>Understanding of printing techniques, color management, and pre-press requirements.
</li><li>Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
</li><li>A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and project requirements.
</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and demonstrating your understanding of design principles and techniques.
</li><li>In addition to the requirements mentioned above, proficiency in 3D modeling, sketching and illustration is highly desirable for this role. The ideal candidate should also possess developing skills in photo retouching, photo manipulation, and compositing. These additional skills will be considered a significant advantage in the selection process.
</li><li>Has experience using and sourcing AI tools and technologies.
</li></ul>WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels &amp; busy environments.
Must be willing to travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines.
