THE JOB
Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre is seeking an Operations Team Member to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties, handling the operations and logistics in preparing the venue for concerts and special events to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
<ul><li>Work directly with the Ops Manager and Operations Supervisor to perform pre-show and day of show duties
</li><li>Ensure the venue is properly set up for concerts and special events
</li><li>Tear down and clear venue after concerts and special events
</li><li>Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
</li><li>Perform general maintenance on the property
</li><li>Assist with venue projects, including but not limited to: painting, pressure washing, fire hosing/washing of the venue, mowing, trimming and weed clean up.
</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries and or concerns
</li><li>Inform guests of venue amenities &amp; make recommendations
</li><li>Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
</li><li>Communicate to supervisor any issues that guests or team members may have
</li><li>Work with supervisor to resolve guest issues- consults or involves management if the situation escalates
</li><li>Assist all departments when needed
</li><li>Additional tasks as requested by management

THE ROLE
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations at the Seattle Venue, ensuring that the venue and all related matters operate within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures.

THE ROLE
The Instructional Designer, School of Live is a skilled learning and development professional, passionate about creating high-impact, engaging learning experiences. This role reports to the Instructional Design Manager. They are responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving learning content. THE ROLE
The Site Experience Crew Member is responsible for ensuring the success of the event installations by performing the technical and physical aspects related to festival production and scenic installation. This position will report to Crew Leads and Project Managers. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct-to-Consumer Merchandising &amp; Store Management
