THE TEAM
As part of the Global Ticketmaster Finance team, the Ticketmaster North America FP&amp;A group is a diverse team of professionals responsible for driving business strategy using financial insights and analytics. THE JOB
The Manager, FP&amp;A will serve as a key business partner for the Revenue &amp; Demand and Music teams at Ticketmaster. You will help drive business strategy by providing critical financial insights to business leaders and supporting them in daily operations and budget management. You will also help define and influence key decisions around new initiatives and geographical expansion.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
<ul><li>Partner with business leaders to budget and reforecast revenue and OpEx, ensuring timely updates to leadership

THE POSITION &ndash; VIP Nation Intern

THE ROLE
We are seeking a Manager to join our Corporate Internal Controls Group, with a primary focus on supporting our LATAM divisions. This role requires fluency in business Spanish, as you will work closely with Spanish‑speaking finance, accounting, and operations teams across Latin America. The role will be engaged to review the existing design, evolve the control framework as the Company grows, and assist in the evaluation and risk assessment of management&rsquo;s control structure. This role will collaborate closely with control owners across all levels &ndash; both in the US and LATAM, to ensure a strong internal controls environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit with a top-tier public accounting firm, with expertise in SOX compliance, US GAAP, risk management and will be someone who can dive deep into a business process discussion with key stakeholders to design and implement internal controls that clearly address risk mitigation, drive process improvements, and ensure financial reporting integrity.

</div><div><ul><li>Work cross-functionally with LATAM Finance, Accounting, IT and Operations to assess process risks and identify and implement best practices for internal controls.
</li><li>Support the Company&rsquo;s expansion in Latin America by designing and implementing controls for new or evolving business activities in the region, in line with global policies and standards.
</li><li>Review and prepare Spanish‑language documentation, including process narratives, flowcharts, and control design materials.
</li><li>Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational effectiveness.
</li><li>Apply knowledge of US GAAP to perform control risk assessments and partner with management and process owners to evolve the control environment in response to those risks impacting financial reporting.

<ul><li>Take patrons' coats at events and hang neatly in designated spots
</li><li>Give patron a ticket to enable them to pick up their coat
</li><li>Ensure each patron receives the proper coat
</li><li>Take payments as needed
</li><li>Answer questions and handle complaints from customers
</li><li>Collect lost items after events and store them
</li><li>Handle lost and found requests
</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age
</li><li>Customer service friendly attitude and exceptional communication skills
</li><li>Sense of urgency
</li><li>Time management
</li><li>Critical thinking and decision making
</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced environment
</li></ul>PREFERRED:
<ul><li>Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>At least 2 years in Customer Service and communications
</li><li>Valid BASSET certification
</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
</li><li>Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances.
