We are looking for a Support Engineer.Task and Responsibilities<ul><li>Become knowledgeable to a high level in all of our products and solutions from a technical and functional aspect</li><li>Technical Support &ndash; Be part of the Support team</li><li>Technical Training &ndash; This will require the candidate to have excellent presentation skills and confidence when speaking in English.</li><li>Technical Writing &ndash; Compiling technical drawings and instructions for our products and solutions.</li><li>Provide technical assistance to colleagues within the company when required.</li><li>Answer customer requests using the ERP ticketing system.</li><li>Configuring IOT devices based on the customer&rsquo;s requirements</li><li>Integrated and assembled GPS devices and other vehicle accessories according to customer requirements.</li><li>Create configurations for devices based on specific needs.</li><li>Collaborate with hardware manufacturers to address bugs and resolve issues.</li><li>Work closely with the system development team to implement improvement ideas and resolve bugs.</li><li>Must be familiar with the physical hardware installation of the MDVR unit, cameras, and associated sensors (G-sensors, panic buttons, door sensors, fuel sensors) within a vehicle's structure. This includes using ruggedized, shock-absorbing mounts to ensure durability in a mobile environment.</li><li>Remote Management Assisting with real-time tracking, live video viewing, and remote configuration or firmware upgrades.</li><li>Alarm and Event Management Setting up and troubleshooting various smart alarms, such as overspeed warnings, driver fatigue alerts, and emergency triggers.</li><li>Data Retrieval and Analysis Helping fleet managers retrieve specific video evidence (e.g., in case of an accident or incident) and generate operational reports.</li><li>Troubleshooting Hardware Issues Diagnosing problems related to power supply, camera connectivity, GPS signal loss, or storage medium failures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Ability to understand and work with all types of clients.</li><li>Highly customer-oriented.</li><li>Presentable, hardworking, enthusiastic, persuasive, and confident with a positive attitude.</li><li>Advanced computer and software skills &ndash; MS Office included.</li><li>Attention to detail, systematic approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Professional attitude and behavior, customer-focused.</li><li>Highly organized, assertive, decisive, and patient.</li><li>Ability to build relationships with customers</li><li>Ability to work well both with a group and independently</li><li>Out of the box thinking mindset; is willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment</li><li>Driving License is a plus.</li><li>Graduate of BSECE or BSCpE is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Electronics and communication Engineer (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
