Supervisor Responsibility</b></p><ul><li>
Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely</li><li>
Conduct daily work group meetings</li><li>
Schedule and control staff to meet labour productivity and overtime targets</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies standards (example: Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), etc.)</li><li>
Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements</li><li>
Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights</li><li>
Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations</li><li>

In this pivotal role, you&rsquo;ll support operations leadership, manage communication across departments, and ensure seamless execution of customer requests and operational changes. Main Accountabilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and airline partners to address missing or requested items promptly.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain multiple operational platforms (e.g., Ground Star&mdash;Flight Family, CBASE, etc.) for both LSG and customers.</li><li>
Support department supervisors with daily manpower planning and employee scheduling.</li><li>
Adjust delivery and backhaul assignments to accommodate unforeseen adjustments to flight plans</li><li>
Oversee daily inventory management for all operational equipment and ensure timely completion of checklists.</li><li>
Assist in preparing operational data analyses, reports, and performance summaries.</li><li>
Coordinate with controllers and supervisors to manage flight assignment updates and ensure accurate team allocation.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Ensure all equipment changes are properly staged and meet service-ready deadlines.</li><li>
Oversee and support the loading of flights and equipment, assisting teams under tight timelines.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as required to maintain efficient and effective operations.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
