Position Overview</b></h2></div><div><p>
The <b>Data Management Analyst</b> is responsible for performing data specification, pricing analysis, and process documentation to support operational efficiency and decision-making within our CSC's (Customer Support Centers)/kitchen facilities. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of data across systems, enabling cross-functional teams to execute business strategies effectively. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders and our airline partners to define data requirements, streamline workflows, and maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulations</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Main Accountabilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Develop and maintain menu specifications and construct all operational support data (packing, loading and flight scheduling)</li><li>Gain thorough understanding of customer&rsquo;s menus and in-flight services (including systems) to become a subject matter expert within the team</li><li>Process ongoing customer data changes to update CBASE operational support data</li><li>Produce and maintain customer grids, galley guides, plating guides, spec photos as applicable and post for Operations</li><li>Support Executive Chefs and Pricing Managers in preparation for the menu presentation. Capture all changes occurring during the menu presentation and ensure costs are updated to reflect changes made at the presentation</li><li>Audit all scheduling, specification and Bill of Materials (BOM) outputs to ensure resulting data and documentation is timely and accurate</li><li>Respond and resolve internal customer data issues (Scout) within the agreed upon timelines.</li><li>Create bill codes for the Master Price List (MPL),</li><li>Support new bid opportunities through specification creation &amp; costing</li><li>Support Team Lead and Senior Analyst as needed with additional tasks</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills and Experience</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree strongly preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered</li><li>
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a data management, operations, or analytical role</li><li>
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in food production, food service, or food manufacturing is a plus</li><li>
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively engage with all levels of the organization, as well as external customers and vendors</li><li>
Work Style: Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Technical Skills: Familiarity with airline-specific database systems such as CBASE is beneficial; experience with SAP Material Management (MM)</li><li>
Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, and other Windows-based applications</li></ul></div></div></div><p><b>

What You'll Do</b></h2></div><div><p>
As the <b>Materials Manager - Food Production,</b> you will own the end&#8209;to&#8209;end flow of all food, beverage, and equipment supplies for our Customer Service Center (CSC)/Kitchen. From forecasting demand and placing timely orders to overseeing receiving, storage, and on&#8209;site distribution, Leveraging data&#8209;driven inventory controls and close collaboration with Procurement, Culinary, and Operations, you&rsquo;ll safeguard product quality, optimize stock levels, and drive cost efficiencies&mdash;keeping our kitchen facility running smoothly</p><p></p><ul><li><b><br>
Work location</b>: onsite @ our kitchen facility located @ Austin-Bergstrom International Airport</li><li><b>
Work schedule</b>: mostly Monday-Friday AM/day hours (<b>6am-2:30pm</b>), however must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed, based on business operational demands (ex. audit, conducting inventory, etc.)</li></ul><p>

Main Accountabilities</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Material Management</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee all aspects of inventory management to ensure financial and customer requirements are met</li><li>
Handle all company and customer owned merchandise received until it is issued to production</li><li>
Control food cost variances and continually compare actual to billed costs</li><li>
Determine par levels and order quantities based on airline specifications, menus and vendor lead time</li><li>
Manage personnel to maintain proper inventory, ordering, receiving, storage and requisition processes</li><li>
Track product usage and yields in relation to ordering requirements</li><li>
Coordinate and participate in inventory and reporting processes</li><li>
Maintain regulatory compliance standards (examples: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), etc.)</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Leadership</b></p><ul><li>
Ensure area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed</li><li>
Guide, motivate, coach, counsel and develop staff</li><li>

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Demand Planning and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)</li><li>
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain management</li><li>
Demonstrated success in optimizing work processes, leading organizational change, and serving as a positive role model with strong change agent capabilities in a complex, fast-paced environment, deadline driven operations food production environment</li><li>
