If you&rsquo;re passionate about providing top-tier support and eager to contribute to a thriving organization, this position is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize executive time and priorities</li><li>Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Word processing and productivity software</li><li>Organize files, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Assist with office management duties including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination</li><li>Support client communication efforts by providing excellent customer service and timely follow-up</li><li>Facilitate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and preparing itineraries for executives</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data management</li><li>Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office management software and data entry tools</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to communicate with diverse clients and team members</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable for financial recordkeeping</li><li>Demonstrated office experience including clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document preparation</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills to handle inquiries professionally</li><li>Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity</li></ul>Join us in a role where your organizational prowess makes a real difference!
