Summary 
The Facilities Specialist is responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance and repair of all plant, 
office, grounds and warehouse space and infrastructure for Mack Technologies Florida, Inc. Reports 
to the Operations Manager. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for repair and maintenance of basic production equipment.</li>
<li>Adhere to preventative maintenance program and schedules.</li>
<li>Coordinate and perform day-to-day work orders.</li>
<li>Implement good housekeeping practices throughout the facility.</li>
<li>Set-up and operate all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.</li>
<li>Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with local, state and federal codes (OSHA, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensure that janitorial supplies are well stocked in all area throughout the facility.</li>
<li>Perform line and office moves as required.</li>
<li>Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding work space.</li>
<li>Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent education.</li>
<li>1 + years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.</li>
<li>Tradesman license and/or facilities management certificate desirable.</li>
<li>Forklift and scissor lift certifications preferred.</li>
<li>A background in Facilities/Maintenance and has knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, 
HVAC and painting.</li>
<li>Able to troubleshoot, assess and implement solutions and has own tools to complete most tasks.</li>
<li>OSHA training.</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Self-starter, reliable and able to perform duties with little or no supervision.</li>
<li>Able to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>A hands-on, team player used to working in a highly dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and organize workload to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.</li>
