<ul><li>Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vehicle components, and repair techniques.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.</li></ul>

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.<br/></p><p>Job Summary:<br/></p><p>As the Lead Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in our shop's operations by providing technical expertise and ensuring the highest level of service and repair quality. Your extensive knowledge and experience in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance will contribute to our reputation for excellence in the industry. ($1,000 Sign on Bonus!)<br/>8:00-6:00 M-F and 1 hour for lunch<br/>8:00-2:00 Saturday<br/>Responsibilities:<br/>1. Perform complex diagnostic procedures and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and engine systems.<br/>2. Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.<br/>3. Oversee the scheduling and assignment of repair jobs, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks.<br/>4. Collaborate with the service advisor to provide accurate and detailed repair estimates, including identifying parts and labor requirements.<br/>5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team and customers.<br/>6. Stay updated with the latest automotive technology, trends, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.<br/>7. Utilize automotive diagnostic equipment, tools, and software to efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.<br/>8. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used, utilizing our shop management system.<br/>9. Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.<br/>10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br/></p><p>Qualifications:<br/>1. Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and repairs.<br/>2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team of technicians.<br/>3. In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and engine components.<br/>4. Proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment, tools, and software.<br/>5. Experienced in handling alignments and all types of tires<br/>6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.<br/>7. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.<br/>8. Up-to-date understanding of industry safety protocols and regulations.<br/>9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.<br/>10. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.<br/>11.
