The Role
Enterprise clients bring complex operational problems to MaintainX, and the PMO Manager ensures they leave with measurable outcomes. You'll lead a team of project managers and solutions consultants delivering professional services to our largest clients &mdash; and build the systems that let that delivery scale.<ul><li>
Own delivery outcomes across the enterprise PS portfolio: projects land on time, in scope, and with client satisfaction that drives retention and expansion.</li><li>
Build and continuously improve the PMO's playbooks, tooling, and templates so delivery quality scales without requiring you in every conversation.</li><li>
Partner with Sales and Solutions in pre-sales to scope, resource, and plan enterprise engagements before they start &mdash; turning ambiguous client needs into executable delivery plans.</li><li>
Run the portfolio view: track utilization, profitability, and risk across all active engagements; act as the escalation point on complex or at-risk accounts.</li><li>
Develop your team &mdash; coaching PMs and solutions consultants to grow in craft, confidence, and client impact.</li></ul>
At 6&ndash;12 months, success looks like: consistent on-time delivery, a PMO that operates without you in every room, and a team that is visibly stronger.<div></div> 
You Have
Must-haves:<ul><li>
7+ years of project/program management experience in a professional services or consulting environment</li><li>
3+ years leading a PMO or managing a team of project managers</li><li>
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification</li><li>
Proven track record managing multiple complex, client-facing enterprise engagements simultaneously</li><li>
Experience acting as an executive-level escalation point &mdash; you've navigated difficult client relationships and brought them back</li><li>
Fluency in the financial mechanics of services delivery: utilization, margin, forecasting, contract compliance</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field</li></ul>
Nice-to-haves:<ul><li>
Experience with PSA tools (Mavenlink, FinancialForce, or NetSuite OpenAir)</li><li>

 As a
 
 Data Analyst - GTM
 
 , you will use your expertise in analysis &amp; BI to uncover valuable insights informing the marketing strategy at MaintainX. You will make use of data across multiple platforms and partner with various teams to identify opportunities and improve results. While the role is dedicated to Marketing, you will be a member of the larger Data &amp; Analytics team - who are tasked with supporting MX as a whole.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Partner directly with marketing: Embed yourself with the core Marketing stakeholders as their trusted analytics partner&mdash;anticipating needs &amp; prioritizing execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable for marketing BI infrastructure: Build, maintain &amp; enhance the dashboards, pipelines, and reporting systems that track marketing performance from awareness through won across all data platforms, including Tableau and Salesforce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver reliable, recurring marketing reporting: Create and manage weekly/monthly performance reports and executive dashboards that give marketing leadership consistent visibility into funnel metrics, channel performance, and pipeline health.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data quality and governance: Partner with the broader Data Engineering team to maintain clean, accurate data flows from marketing platforms (Google Analytics, ad platforms, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce) into our analytics stack.
 </li>

 Enable self-service analytics: Build tools, dashboards, and documentation that empower marketing teams to answer their own questions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ad hoc reporting requests: Execute various analyses and data pulls to support time-sensitive marketing decisions and campaign reporting needs.

 Budget setting: Support stakeholders with goal setting &amp; related reporting

 About You

 Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Marketing Analytics professional in B2B SaaS, with deep expertise in marketing data, funnel metrics, and attribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 You're a builder, not just an analyst: You don't just answer questions&mdash;you build the systems that make answers accessible to everyone. You think about scalability, governance, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 You're a strong communicator: You can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and document your work clearly for future reference.

 You balance perfection with pragmatism: You know when to ship a working solution quickly versus when to invest in a robust, long-term build.
