Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Branch!
We are looking to fill the role for one Warehouse Manager, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring receiving, shipping and distribution departments are operating efficiently in our branch. The Warehouse Manager will primarily focus on assisting with supervising a small team of employees, training and handling employee relations issues. The Warehouse Manager will be required to ensure safety best practices and complete necessary process, policies and procedures as required by the Human Resources department. Finally, the Warehouse Manager will also play a part in warehouse operations and strategy. Mallory stands by the theory of working managers; therefore, the Manager will also be responsible for completing daily tasks in the warehouse. Collaboration is essential as the branch leads work closely together to meet goals, mentor the warehouse team, and roll out initiatives to drive company growth and exceed customer expectations.

As a Warehouse Manager, Here is How You Will Make an Impact:<ul><li>
Partnering with Operations Director to meet department goals</li><li>
Lead and collaborate with training leads and other leads in the branch</li><li>
Collaborate with another department as needed
</li><li>Supervise assigned warehouse associates
</li><li>Complete administrative work in conjunction with managing a team, such as: approving timecards, performance reviews, trainings and disciplinary action</li><li>
Ensure best safety practices and co-lead regular warehouse meetings</li><li>
Consistently review warehouse operations to ensure its operating at highest potential</li><li>
Assist with warehouse daily tasks, such as: picking, receiving, loading and unloading, operation warehouse equipment, and using the ERP system.</li><li>
Lead projects and other duties as needed
</li></ul>Here is what we are looking for in a Warehouse Manager:<ul><li>
Previous warehouse, merchandising, order pulling experience required</li><li>
Proven track record of leadership required, preferably in a warehouse environment</li><li>
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude</li><li>
Familiarity with warehouse technology such as computers, RF scanners, etc.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse ERP systems is preferred</li><li>
Strong work ethic with a true sense of urgency</li><li>
Creative problem-solving skills</li><li>

Ability to read and write in English</li><li>

Previous experience with safety or industrial equipment preferred
</li><li>Minimum two year commitment!</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as well as bend, reach, twist and walk throughout the day
</li><li>Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Ability to travel out of state occasionally for continued trainings.
</li><li>Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results
</li><li>Creative problem-solving skills
