 To run all activities in accounts payable &amp; accounts receivable functions within shared service center across all Mantrac group of companies that are in scope, uploading, receiving vendor&rsquo;s invoices and related documents, posting vendor&rsquo;s invoices on time and prepare payment proposals according to payment terms, automatic/manual customers matching, posting WHT/Penalties or any other deductions and run the monthly debtors&rsquo; provisions and ensure compliance with financial policies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Review the allocation of budget owner for each P2P invoice.
 
 
 &bull; Upload invoices on SPP that did not automatically upload.
 
 
 &bull; Check if the items / services being procured will be recharged to another BU (performed through the IC tool).
 
 
 &bull; Send GRN Notifications to Budget owner for P2P process.
 
 
 &bull; Perform 3- way match for P2P and 2-way match for trade invoices.
 
 
 &bull; Post the invoices and prepare payment proposal.
 
 
 &bull; Check if there is an open estimate for the late cost invoices.
 
 
 &bull; Review "payable form" sent from BU with its associated documents for &ldquo;on behalf of&rdquo; and rush manual payments&rdquo;.
 
 
 &bull; Match vendors account for all payments done outside of TMS.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare monthly reconciliations of AP ledger to GL in blackline.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
 
 
 &bull; Match customer accounts based on remittance advice received.
 
 
 &bull; Review and post all customers deductions.
 
 
 &bull; Post write-off adjustments.
 
 
 &bull; Run monthly debtors&rsquo; provisions.
 
 
 &bull; Finalize all portal cases on time according to the SLA.
 
 
 &bull; Update local parties with credit amounts received from the customers in banks and allocate them to customer accounts based on allocation received on BUs.
 
 
 &bull; Match customer accounts automatically through RPA or manually if needed on time.
 
 
 &bull; Review and post all customers deductions received from local BUs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree of Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
 
 
 &bull; 1 &ndash; 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
 
 
 &bull; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
 
 
 &bull; Very Good Communication skills
 
 
 &bull; Strong Microsoft skills ( Excel)
 
 
 &bull;Excellent English (both written &amp; spoken)
