Position: Site HR Officer Location: Abu Dhabi - Onshore &amp; OffshoreJob Description: We are looking for an experienced Site HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities at the project site. The candidate will support manpower management, compliance, and employee relations in coordination with the Head Office HR team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle site HR operations including attendance, leave, and timesheets</li><li>Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, and employee onboarding</li><li>Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation</li><li>Support recruitment and manpower requirements for site staff</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies</li><li>Address employee queries and site-level HR issues</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction/projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law</li><li>Experience handling site manpower and labor camps</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Salary: AED 3,000 &ndash; 4,000 (based on experience)Additional Requirement:<ul><li>Must be willing and ready to relocate to offshore project sites as per operational requirements</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to join immediately?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UAE: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
