Job Title: Draftsman &ndash; Civil &amp; MEP Location: Abu DhabiUAE experienceAbout the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled Draftsman with experience in both Civil and MEP disciplines to join our engineering team. Draftsman - Civil and MEP

Position: Planning Engineer Location: UAE Salary: TBD Availability: Immediate JoiningRequirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction or contracting industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring.</li><li>Proficient in Primavera (P6) and MS Excel.</li><li>Ability to prepare and analyze project progress reports, manpower histograms, and cash flow forecasts.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills with project and site teams.</li><li>Ready to join immediately.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera (P6) or other planning software.</li><li>Prepare detailed baseline programs, defining critical paths and project milestones.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Procurement teams to ensure timely project execution.</li><li>Track project progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans and mitigation measures.</li><li>Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients.</li><li>Assist in resource and cost planning, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.</li><li>Analyze project performance against baseline schedules and highlight variances.</li><li>Participate in progress meetings and present planning-related data when required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, scope, and contractual requirements.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent communication and time management abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of construction sequencing and methodology.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Visa Status?</li><li>Current Salary?</li><li>Expected Salary?</li><li>Expected Joining Date?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UAE Planning Engineer: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
