Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity. • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email, and automated customer journeys to enhance customer loyalty and retention. • Analyse CRM data to generate reports and provide actionable insights to sales and service departments on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and lead management. • Segment customer databases for personalised communication and marketing initiatives. • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on CRM software usage and best practices. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise the lead generation and sales funnel processes. • Troubleshoot any CRM system issues and act as the main point of contact with software providers. • Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy and protection regulations. Responsibilities - Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner, both in person and over the telephone, to initiate the service process. - Listen attentively to customer descriptions of vehicle issues and accurately document all relevant details on repair orders. - Liaise effectively with service technicians to ensure a clear understanding of the work required and to monitor the progress of repairs. - Proactively provide clients with regular and timely updates on the status of their vehicle's service. - Clearly explain all completed work and associated costs to customers, ensuring full transparency. - Manage the scheduling of service appointments to optimise workshop flow and minimise customer waiting times. - Handle the final stages of the service process, including invoicing and processing payments accurately. - Consistently strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, resolving any issues with professionalism and care. - Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the timely availability of necessary components for repairs.
