<li>Perform service enhancements including Microdermabrasion, LED Light Therapy, High Frequency, Chemical Peels, and Aromatherapy</li>
<li>Educate guests on the therapeutic benefits of consistent skincare and wellness routines</li>

</div><ul><li>Actively engage with members and guests before and after services</li>
<li>Utilize lobby time to connect with guests, answer skincare questions, and build rapport</li>
<li>Rebook guests consistently and encourage long-term skincare plans</li>
<li>Promote retail products and treatment enhancements that support guest results</li>
<li>Develop strong guest relationships that generate repeat visits, referrals, and requests</li>
