Position Overview:
Responsible for assisting and supporting the Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. A dispatcher must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values.
Essential Functions:

Answer and coordinate all phone and radio calls</li><li>
Delegate tasks between employees equally</li><li>
Record lost and found items and ensure safe storage</li><li>
File daily paperwork</li><li>
Maintain a sense of urgency so units are turned on time</li><li>
Assist in linen inventories and supplies as directed</li><li>
Assist in solving guest complaints promptly</li><li>
Make guest deliveries as directed</li><li>
Assist resort guests and owners as needed</li></ul>
Experience and Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience communicating effectively with guests, site staff, and associates by written and verbal means</li><li>
Proven experience with operations of office equipment</li></ul>
Other Qualifications<ul><li>
Basic computer knowledge</li><li>
Skilled performing multiple tasks at once</li><li>
Skilled with making appropriate decisions</li><li>
Proven planning and scheduling capabilities</li><li>
Ability to read, write and do basic math</li><li>
Must be available to work weekends and holidays</li></ul>
Work Environment:<ul><li>
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets. This position will also work in an operations environment with odors and/or dust as well as cleaning and laundry chemicals.</li></ul>
The Dispatcher/Site Office Staff is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
Physical Requirements: 
This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the

What We're Looking For:

Position Overview: 
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH) is a second level manager who plays a key role in the management of the site housekeeping operations, helping to meet quality standards and timeliness goals through the directing of team members. The AEH is fully responsible for all site operations in the absence of Executive Housekeeper (EH). This position is responsible for assisting the EH in meeting site budget and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and associates. They also help to ensure team members adhere to established standards, and the site assets are maintained.
Essential Functions:

Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM every Thursday; assigns daily tasks and assigns work to housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors.</li><li>
Adjust work of employees based on needs, callouts, etc.</li><li>
Monitor daily work hours to ensure compliance with budgeted hours.</li><li>
Follow directives of site leader in his/her absence</li><li>
Exemplify a sense of urgency with entire team to ensure all units get turned on time.</li><li>
Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards.</li><li>
Retrieve housekeepers to address any areas that need to be re-cleaned.</li><li>
Conduct weekly report cards for housekeeping staff and MSI reports of Supervisors.</li><li>
Contribute to establishing a welcoming culture of engagement and inclusion.</li><li>
Provide timely response to associate concerns by addressing them directly or referring them to others who can assist.</li><li>
Provide ongoing performance feedback to Housekeepers, Housemen, and Supervisors.</li><li>
Consistently enforce established policies and procedures.</li><li>
Coach housekeepers to reach productivity standards.</li><li>
Assist in performance management of team members including coaching and counseling team members.</li><li>
Recommend discipline and termination of staff when necessary.</li><li>
Conduct performance reviews.</li><li>
Set recurring schedule for MasterTalk and STS in accordance with established SOPs; enthusiastically facilitates sessions engaging with staff at all levels</li><li>
Conduct weekly training meetings with supervisors and monthly meetings with all staff.</li><li>
Finalize the day in the Mastermind system.</li><li>
Interview, select, and onboard new team members.</li><li>
Perform new hire orientations for new team members; ensures 7-Steps to Clean training is effectively delivered within established guidelines.</li><li>
Build a positive rapport with the resort management team and attends resort meetings.</li><li>
Manage inventory, conducting weekly inventory counts and orders replenishments.</li><li>
Report unit maintenance issues.</li><li>
Maintain vehicle maintenance logs.</li><li>
Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.</li><li>
Conduct safety meetings and ensures staff follows day-to-day safety rules and procedures.</li><li>
Handle workers compensation issues and reporting.</li><li>
Work irregular hours.</li><li>
Comply with Resort Operations 15 Non-negotiables without fail</li><li>
MasterMind Mobile must be used to update room status updates for all Housekeepers and Supervisors.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Experience and Education Requirements:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred</li><li>
Two years of experience directly related to the job with progressive responsibility.
</li><li>A proven track record of driving strong performance and key field operations metrics.</li><li>
Language Skills: Effective written and verbal English communication, bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
</li><li>Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.</li><li>
Travel: Rarely &ndash; on average 5% of travel on a quarterly basis</li><li>
A valid driver's license will be required for certain locations.</li></ul>
