Operation Team Leader

Job Description<ul><li>Responsible for providing administration and human resources support at the Head Office and the projects.</li><li>To assist the HR Deputy for visa processing and other legal documents of the employees.</li><li>To assist in preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation, induction and training programs.</li><li>To assist in coordinating with the departments for the training needs of the employees.</li><li>To assist in checking accurate training and development records.</li><li>To assist in completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.</li><li>To provide support to the employees and coordinating with the Site HR and Administration Officers and HR Manager of any issues or problems.</li><li>To assist the HR Deputy in maintaining the master registry and personnel files of the employees.</li><li>To assist and ensure the effectiveness of the employee&rsquo;s annual performance appraisals.</li><li>To assist in liaising with the projects about employer and labour relations.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, never passing any sensitive documents are kept securely.</li><li>To provide support to the Head Office HR and Administration department.</li><li>To carry out ad-hoc requests given by management.</li></ul>Experience and skills<ul><li>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience in Human Resources and Administration.</li><li>Must have customer service skills and office management know-how.</li><li>Must be fluent in written and oral English language.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.</li><li>Ability to develop and deliver presentations and training.</li><li>Strong people management, leaderships skills in multi-cultural setting and ability to motivate the team.</li><li>Organised, able to prioritise and adhere to strict guidelines.</li><li>Capable of making fair/sound decision and has a problem solving and facilitation skills.</li><li>Qatari Driving license is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your availability?</li><li>Will you be able to provide clearance to change your sponsorship?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR and Administration: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Qatar or GCC: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
