Farm Manager RequiredA reliable, responsible, and proactive Farm Manager is needed for a farm near Haroonabad, Bahawalnagar District, who can efficiently manage daily agricultural operations.Eligibility:<ul><li>10 to 15 years of experience in agricultural/farm operations</li><li>Basic literacy and proficiency in mobile/email usage</li><li>Preference will be given to individuals with an agricultural background or sons of farmers</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily farming operations for fruits and vegetables</li><li>Manage soil health, irrigation, and pest control</li><li>Supervise staff and ensure effective utilization of resources</li><li>Maintain records of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm inputs</li><li>Implement environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices</li><li>Ensure compliance with security, environmental, and quality standards</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary along with 24-hour on-farm accommodation.
