</ul>Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans</li>
<li>Coordinate care with families and insurance providers</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery</li>
<li>Create materials to support behavior plans</li>
<li>Participate in quality assurance initiatives</li>
<li>Supervise and mentor behavioral direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees</li>
<li>Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to meet evolving client needs</li>
</ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred</li>
<li>Background in quality management is a plus</li>
<li>Proficiency in English</li>
