Job Title: Head of Sales &amp; Marketing (Commercial &amp; Sales Strategy (Leadership)) &ndash; Scientific &amp; Analytical, Environmental Monitoring, Materials Testing and Life Sciences Instruments and Field Analytical and Testing Equipment.Job Summary:We looking for an elite commercial leader to serve as the Head of Sales and Marketing. Backed by 32+ years of industry legacy, Maxtech partners with global manufacturing principals to deliver cutting-edge analytical, environmental, and materials testing instruments across Pakistan.This is a strategic leadership role designed for an expert who understands the nuances of technical B2B and B2G sales and the power of modern digital marketing. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the revenue pipeline, brand positioning, and team leadership&mdash;merging traditional institutional sales (tenders, government procurement) with aggressive digital lead generation to ensure Maxtech remains the undisputed market leader.Qualification: Master&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Natural Sciences (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biotechnology), Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.Experience: 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in B2B and B2G technical sales, preferably within scientific instruments, lab and field equipment, analytical, environmental monitoring, Materials Testing and Life SciencesSkills: <ul><li>Deep understanding of consultative selling within the scientific, laboratory, or industrial instrumentation sectors.</li><li>Strong command over government and institutional procurement processes.</li><li>Ability to analyze market data, craft profitable pricing strategies, and close high-value deals.</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting, &amp; sales forecasting capabilities.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, CRM optimization, and lead generation frameworks.</li><li>Top-tier presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills for dealing with global principals and elite institutional clients.</li><li>A &quot;hunter&quot; mentality with the physical stamina for extensive national travel.</li><li>Proven ability to inspire teams, manage cross-functional workflows, and enforce performance standards.</li><li>Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate sales teams, distributors, &amp; channel partners.</li><li>Ability to identify new business opportunities &amp; convert them into revenue.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, &amp; sales pipelines independently.</li><li>Proven ability to build automated inbound and outbound lead pipelines.</li><li>Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for B2B, B2G outreach, personal branding, and identifying key decision-makers.</li><li>Advanced skills in utilizing CRM software to track customer journeys and automate email campaigns.</li><li>Ability to oversee the creation of highly technical marketing content, brochures, and digital assets that resonate with scientists, engineers, and procurement heads.</li></ul>What You Will Do:<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive B2B, B2G sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all product divisions (Analytical, Environmental, Material Testing and Life Sciences, etc.).</li><li>Lead institutional sales efforts targeting universities, research centers, forensic labs, environmental organizations, and large industrial clients.</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end tender process, including quotation preparation, technical proposal management, and bidding strategy.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and drive territory and key account management nationwide.</li><li>Conduct extensive market research and competitor analysis to keep Maxtech ahead of industry trends.</li><li>Architect and oversee Maxtech&rsquo;s corporate marketing and digital brand positioning.</li><li>Design and execute high-converting digital marketing strategies, utilizing website optimization, content marketing, and targeted social media campaigns.</li><li>Plan and execute high-impact product launches, customer seminars, webinars, and exhibition participations.</li><li>Utilize modern AI-assisted marketing tools and email automation to nurture leads.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team, setting clear KPIs and sales targets.</li><li>Coordinate seamlessly with the technical service and engineering teams to ensure world-class after-sales support, calibration, and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Manage relationships with global dealers, distributors, and manufacturing principals.</li><li>Master and enforce the use of modern CRM tools for pipeline management, lead tracking, and forecasting.</li><li>Generate actionable sales analytics, dashboards, and reports for executive management.</li></ul>About Us:With over 32 years of excellence, Maxtech Corporation is a prestigious leader in Pakistan&rsquo;s scientific and technical instrumentation sector.
