 We are looking for a strategic and creative leader to head our Creative and Corporate Communications function. This role will be responsible for building a strong, unified brand voice across all touchpoints&mdash;ensuring compelling storytelling, visual excellence, and corporate reputation management across internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Creative Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee all brand and creative output (campaigns, packaging, POSM, digital content, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage in-house creative team and external agencies to deliver on-brand, high-impact assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistency of visual identity and brand messaging across all platforms.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Corporate Communications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute corporate communication strategies across internal, external, PR, and executive communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead reputation management, press releases, crisis communication, and media relations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft executive messaging, speeches, talking points, and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate CSR and sustainability storytelling.
 </li>

 Social Media Strategy
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the development of always-on and campaign-based social media content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the social media calendar, tone of voice, and content guidelines across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor trends and performance to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with community management, influencer, and media teams to align content execution.
 </li>

 Partnership Management

 Lead creative and communication aspects of strategic partnerships including brands, media, CSR initiatives, and influencers.
 </li>

 Co-develop joint campaigns and branded content with external partners and creators.
 </li>

 Manage relationships with PR firms, creative agencies, media houses, and influencer. networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all partner and influencer communications align with brand values, tone, and corporate reputation goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance, compliance, and ROI of partnership and influencer activations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Team Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team. Set clear goals, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Media Planning &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee media planning and buying in collaboration with media agencies and internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure integrated planning across digital, social, print, OOH, and broadcast channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align media strategy with creative and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor media performance and optimize for reach, efficiency, and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Scout emerging media platforms, formats, and content opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant and first-to-market.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or relative field.
 </li>
 <li>
 +7 years of experience in a creative role within a reputed creative agency, with a strong track record of leading and managing teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language.
 </li>

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Assistant brand manager is an entry level learner that supports his direct manager for implementation of brand strategy which includes development and roll-out of marketing campaigns and all its elements, preparation of annual marketing plans for the brand, analysing brand data, and coordination with different departments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 Support Brand Management Planning
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in building the assigned brand(s) with all its elements of strategy, which includes, suggesting target market, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term to achieve set P&amp;L
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in discussions with Senior Brand Manager with all supervision managers to prepare annual marketing plan for the brand(s)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collate data, coordinate with agencies to receive quotations, and prepare marketing budget presentation with supervising managers under the direction of the Head of Marketing
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Brand Building Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; demonstrate thorough understanding of brand positioning, target audience and brand message to write the briefs for branding projects for review and approval of Brand Manager &amp; then supervision managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in review of proposals of marketing agencies, decision making on shortlisting the partners, and writing contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with creative agencies to ensure that requirement is completely understood
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the execution of all of the brand&rsquo;s projects&rsquo; developments with partners and report progress to manager. Escalate issues if required
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support for Trade Marketing projects&rsquo; executions by the Trade Marketing Manager from brand needs including Sales or Trade incentive, Customer loyalty, Planograms, Category Management, or other branding programs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Reporting and Analysis
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review market research, media reports, &amp; periodical sales trends to provide insights to Brand Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect data from internal, or external sources (agencies such as Nielsen, TNS, Euromonitor, etc.), analyse and prepare monthly reports on Market Share, Brand Equity, &amp; other marketing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market &amp; consumer visits to gather insights on brand &amp; perceptions including availability and accessibility and share insights with manager &amp; team
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Cross-functional team collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Working with stakeholders on getting the project executed on time. Stakeholders like TM, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Trade Fundamentals Management

 Ensuring implementation of brand strategy in channels. (Availability, Visibility, and Accessibility)
 </li>

 Job Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, or Business Administration.
 </li>

 2 years of experience in brand management in FMCG industry.
 </li>
