&middot; Co-ordinates with customers and carriers including shipping lines and airlines for any queries related to shipments.&middot; Follow up with the customer on documents, shipments or approvals on daily basis.&middot; Arranging all the documentation and certification for all import and export shipments&middot; Build good business relationship with customers.&middot; Follow up with the carrier on shipment updates / documents.&middot; Preparing and checking the documentation for all shipments (FCL LCL AIR).&middot; Processing the bookings of the import &amp; export shpts.&middot; Track shipments and update to customers and agents.&middot; Meet the needs of both customer and shipping lines and complete the tasks as per given cut off times.&middot; Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards &ndash; share knowledge and best practices.&middot; Solving the queries and issues of the customers and providing necessary information to the customers related to the shipments and any other work as per the company requirement.&middot; Must have sound knowledge of Calogi Software / Dubai Trade.Qualification and Skills:&middot; Bachelors / Masters preferably in Supply Chain Management (any other bachelors' degree will also considered)&middot; Experience: Minimum 2-3 year in logistics / Freight Forwarding / Shipping industry.&middot; Must possess excellent communication skills &ndash; Written &amp; Verbal (English)&middot; Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and possess good computer skills.&middot; Good with email drafting.. An excellent team player and able to work well under pressure.&middot; Possess good Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
