<div><div><div>The Electrical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the completion of assigned engineering activities within the projects they are involved in. This includes tasks related to basic electrical system design, technical management of components or assemblies, and command and control of electrical power systems. Functionally, the Electrical Engineer reports to the Project Leader or Group Leader based on the specific requirements of the project, and hierarchically, to the Head of Department, focusing on hours worked and the quality of technical documentation.</div></div><br>

<div><div><ul><li><p>Guarantee the quality of deliverables and ensure compliance with the contractual requirements of project contracts, satisfying the assigned budget and schedule.</p></li><li><p>
Assist the Group Leader or the Head of Department in guaranteeing the application and continuous updating of departmental and company standards, procedures, and work instructions.</p></li><li><p>
Attend technical training as needed and exchange experiences with colleagues within the Tecnimont Group for new design techniques.</p></li><li><p>
Keep up-to-date with technical innovations specific to their discipline and transfer this knowledge to other specialists and engineers.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor the market for state-of-the-art technologies, providing technical and commercial evaluations of new products, technologies, workflows, and applications.</p></li><li><p>
Develop overall activities related to assigned tasks within projects, including producing specifications, reports, and other design documents, performing calculations, managing the supply of components and systems, and securing assistance, if required, during factory testing and start-up on site.</p></li><li><p>
Specialize in high voltage systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and effective management of high voltage components and assemblies.</p></li></ul><br>

<div><div><ul><li>To develop the detailed pre-commissioning procedures for Electrical Items &amp; Packages, procedures for the functional tests of the electrical Items according to the instructions of Commissioning Electrical Superintendent.</li>
<li>To field check the DAC and prepare relevant Commissioning punch list, following the CME instructions.</li>
<li>Follow up of activities according to the schedule and by applying the procedures and safety rules.</li>
<li>To organize and manage the operations in field of the assigned team from the Subcontractor by controlling their job and the implementation of Plant Safety procedures in case of emergency.</li>
<li>To keep records of all activities performed in the logbook for the purpose of monitoring the progress achieved and apply necessary recovery actions.</li>
<li>To supervise the activities of electrical substation power on and motor run in field. Ensure the application of the TAG-OUT/LOCK OUT.</li>
<li>Support the Vendors specialists in the execution of the job and coordinate their actions with the Commissioning supervisors.</li>
<li>Supervise the works of vendors&rsquo; specialists and ensure their efficient utilization.</li>
<li>During the execution of the interlocks, logic and sequence test, check in MCC that all the actions required or actuated from the board operator are properly performed.</li>
<li>Carry out operation of the starters as per the approved work permit request</li>
<li>To ensure that all the activities are witnessed by the Client, prepare and sign off all</li>
</ul><p>relevant certificates and hand over to certification engineer.</p>
<ul><li>Can be the authorized person designated by the site manager to receive or issue a Permit.</li>
<li>Work according to the project Permit to Work Procedure.</li>
<li>In charge for:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Expediting of pending Punch List Items in accordance with Commissioning</li></ul>
