  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>

   Material Preservation Coordinator cooperates with the construction, material control and Logistics groups to assure the timely and appropriate preservation of materials and equipment once received at site.
  </li>
  <li>
   He/she operates in compliance with the specifications, procedures, quality requirements and health/environmental/safety regulations during the course of activities.
  </li>

   Duties and responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>

  <li>
   Coordinates preservation (and de-preservation as necessary) of materials and equipment in compliance with vendor and project and specifications and procedures.

   Requisitions preservation equipment and tools as necessary.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepares and issues preservation reports as required by the field engineering manager.
  </li>
  <li>
   Initiates and maintains preservation recording.
  </li>
  <li>
   Requests, as necessary, relevant permits to perform preservation activities.
  </li>

<div><div><div>The AWP Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Construction AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) methodology and the preparation of the related deliverables for the assigned project/s, supporting the Site team and the other Company&rsquo;s Functions involved in project execution and coordinating the AWP project team, if any</div></div><br>

<div></div><div><div><div><b>Duties and responsibilities</b></div><br>
</div></div><br>
<div><div><ul><li><p>Is responsible for the implementation of the AWP Procedure in all different phases of the assigned Project, reporting to the Project Manager for Home Office activities;
</p></li><li><p>Is responsible for preparing, implementing and improving the AWP Project Plan, in coordination with the relevant project functions; he/she participates in the interactive planning sessions through all phases of the project and intervenes in any problems related to the AWP Project Plan;
</p></li><li><p>Facilitates the optimal development of the Path of Construction and follows up the relevant Action list;
</p></li><li><p>Monitors the AWP implementation to ensure that stakeholders are meeting the expectations of the AWP Project Plan;
</p></li><li><p>Provides mentorship to project stakeholders on Advanced Work Packaging practices and procedures;</p></li></ul><br>
<div></div><div>When relocated at Site, the Project AWP Manager shall:
</div><ul><li><p>Support the implementation of AWP Methodology with the involvement of Site Manager and Construction Managers;
</p></li><li><p>Ensure a complete and updated information flow (EWP &ndash; Engineering Work Package and PWP &ndash; Procurement Work Package) with the involvement of construction subcontractors for the successful AWP application at Site;
</p></li><li><p>Guarantee the actual data flow (IWP &ndash; Installation Work Package - produced by subcontractor) is reported to Project Control.</p></li></ul><br>

</div><ul><li><p>Support the AWP Group Leader in the preparation and update of the relevant procedures/work instructions, supporting the collection of lessons learnt from Site;
