MetaPhase is seeking a Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience to support a mission-critical platform modernization. You will facilitate Agile delivery of a custom-built Salesforce-based platform and support a collaborative team focused on delivering high-value functionality for our federal client. This is a highly client-facing position that requires agility, organization, and strong interpersonal skills.</div></div></div><div><div><div>
</div><div><b>
What You Will Be Doing:</b></div></div></div></div><ul><li>
Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and foster continuous delivery and team accountability</li><li>
Serve as a primary liaison between technical delivery teams and client stakeholders, helping ensure alignment and understanding of goals</li><li>
Support backlog refinement by guiding user story creation and prioritization aligned with evolving business needs</li><li>
Promote collaboration across Development Teams to coordinate dependencies, share knowledge, and reduce delivery risks</li><li>
Track and communicate sprint metrics, team velocity, and progress toward goals using tools such as Jira</li><li>
Proactively identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating as needed</li><li>
Promote Agile best practices, facilitating collaboration, transparency, and high-quality delivery across the team</li><li>
Assist with drafting business and functional requirements as needed and contribute to roadmap planning</li></ul><p><b>
What We Need From You (Required):
</b></p><ul><li>Ability to obtain a public trust</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field</li><li>
3+ years of experience supporting Agile projects, including at least 1 year in a Scrum Master role</li><li>
Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master certification</li><li>
Experience facilitating Agile delivery in a government consulting or federal environment</li><li>
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination skills</li></ul><div><b>
Bonus Points (Preferred):
</b></div><ul><li>Prior experience supporting USDA, or national security missions</li><li>
Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or other Agile toolsets</li><li>
Scrum or SAFe familiarity or certification</li></ul><p><b>
