<div>As Sr. Scrum Master I, you'll support a fast-paced Salesforce modernization and digital transformation program. What you'll do:

<ul><li>Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile Salesforce delivery teams supporting application modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.</li>
<li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and team health assessments.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Administrators, and AI-enabled development teams to ensure effective sprint execution and delivery alignment.</li>
<li>Remove impediments, resolve blockers, and proactively address risks to maintain development velocity and continuous delivery objectives.</li>
<li>Coach teams on Agile principles, Lean delivery practices, and modern software development methodologies to improve performance and delivery outcomes.</li>
<li>Support AI-assisted development workflows by helping teams effectively integrate emerging technologies, automation tools, and productivity-enhancing capabilities into delivery processes.</li>
<li>Monitor and improve team performance using Agile metrics, including velocity, sprint predictability, cycle time, throughput, and release readiness.</li>
<li>Coordinate dependencies across multiple Salesforce development teams, architects, business stakeholders, and platform support organizations.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing delivery speed, improving quality, reducing technical debt, and enhancing customer value.</li>
<li>Promote effective collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment between mission priorities and delivered capabilities.</li>
<li>Support implementation of DevSecOps practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery approaches.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, innovation, and continuous learning across Agile teams.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and integrate AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery efficiency, team productivity, and overall program performance.</li>
</ul>
What you'll need to succeed:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Active Secret clearance and</li>
<li>Must be local to the DMV area with the ability to support onsite requirements in Washington, DC.</li>
<li>Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) and Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent demonstrated Salesforce platform experience.</li>
<li>5&ndash;7 years of experience supporting Agile software development teams, including direct experience serving as a Scrum Master and applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce development, implementation, modernization, or product delivery teams.</li>
<li>Proven ability to facilitate Agile delivery within Salesforce teams, coordinating developers, administrators, architects, business analysts, and product owners.</li>
<li>Experience supporting cloud-based application delivery and digital transformation initiatives while coordinating across multiple stakeholders, technical teams, and organizational boundaries.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to enable high-performing teams in fast-paced environments, with experience supporting federal government clients or regulated environments.</li>
</ul>
SALARY RANGE: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

<li>The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience</li>
<li>The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs</li>
<li>Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation</li>
<li>This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:</li>
<li><ul><li>Performance-based bonuses</li>
<li>Company-paid training and/or certifications</li>
<li>Referral bonuses</li>

Sr. Scrum Master I (6633)

<div>As Associate Data Engineer, you'll design and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms that support advanced analytics and machine learning workloads. You will also leverage Python, distributed data processing frameworks, and AWS services to ingest, transform, and manage structured and unstructured data across a variety of sources.

What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Design and implement data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment pipelines across multiple concurrent projects with varying data modalities (time-series sensor data, video, images, documents, and metadata).</li>
<li>Develop and manage cloud-native data services including object storage workflows, vector database integration, and structured data warehousing to support multi-modal AI/ML systems.</li>
<li>Work closely with AI/ML engineers to operationalize data pipelines that feed training, inference, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workloads in production.</li>
<li>Establish data quality, lineage, and governance practices across projects that are maturing from prototype to product, bringing structure and repeatability to evolving data ecosystems.</li>
<li>Support the processing and organization of unstructured data (video files, PDFs, technical manuals) into formats suitable for embedding generation, semantic search, and summarization.</li>
<li>Present technical approaches and data architecture decisions to both technical teammates and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
What you'll need to succeed:

<li>Active US Government issued Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field</li>
<li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in data engineering, data management, or database development</li>
<li>Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes</li>
<li>Understanding of data quality principles and metadata management</li>
<li>Ability to write and optimize SQL queries</li>
