Essential Job Functions</div>
<ul><li> Provides the first line of technical support via telephone, email and remote-connect methods for hardware, network, systems, and software applications for internal/external customers, including support of the following technologies:</li></ul>
<ul><li> Desktop and laptop computers</li></ul>
<ul><li> Networking (cabling, routing, switching, DNS, Wi-Fi, carriers, etc.)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Print/fax/copy devices, including supply management</li></ul>
<ul><li> Mobile phones and networks</li></ul>

<ul><li> Line-of-business software applications</li></ul>

<ul><li> Measures, reports-on and strives to continually improve Incident Resolution Time and other customer satisfaction KPIs.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention to 2nd/3rd-level support resources, and/or vendors.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Applies diagnostic techniques to identify recurring problems, investigate root causes and recommend and implement solutions to prevent common failures.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Continually improves and extends the knowledge base with documentation, examples, and process refinements.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Provisions desktop, laptop, and mobile devices for new users.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assists in equipment provisioning for new facilities and network buildouts.</li></ul>

Job Summary 


The Clinical Services Coordinator supports the Clinical Services and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) team by assisting with audits, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and monitoring various clinical initiatives. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, promotes best practices, and contributes to continuous quality improvement across all clinical programs. 


Essential Job Functions

Assists in planning, scheduling, and conducting internal clinical audits.</li><li>
Collects, organizes, and analyzes audit data to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>
Prepares audit reports and follow-up documentation.</li><li>
Collaborates with clinical leadership to develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).</li><li>
Tracks progress and outcomes of PIPs, ensuring timely completion and reporting.</li><li>
Maintains accurate records and documentation related to improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Monitors compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Support implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.</li><li>
Gathers and analyzes data to measure effectiveness of clinical interventions.</li><li>
Serves as a liaison between clinical teams and leadership for quality-related activities.</li><li>

Job Requirements

Education

Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.</li></ul> 


Experience

Minimum 2 years in a clinical or quality assurance role preferred.</li><li>
Experience with audits, compliance, and performance improvement processes preferred.</li><li>
Prior knowledge or experience with patient safety programs, Joint Commission accreditation, preferred.</li></ul> 


Licenses/Certifications
