We value strong client relationships, practical problem-solving, teamwork, and sustainable workflows.Our leadership style is approachable and collaborative, and we encourage team members to contribute ideas that improve workflow, technology, client service, and firm growth.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a tax-focused role involving tax preparation, Form 1040 review, client service, tax planning support, and collaboration with managers and firm leadership.This is not intended to be a career senior accountant position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a manager-level role and has a genuine interest in future ownership.
