We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and manage the company&rsquo;s overall social media presence and digital engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, brand communication, audience growth, and campaign execution across multiple platforms.<ul><li>Office Shift: Morning</li><li>Experience Required: Minimum 2&ndash;4Years</li><li>Location: Bahria Town, Lahore</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals</li><li>Manage and oversee all company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube</li><li>Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns</li><li>Lead content creation strategies for posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with improvement strategies</li><li>Manage paid social media campaigns and audience targeting</li><li>Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams</li><li>Guide junior social media staff when required</li><li>Responsibilities can be change as per the requirement</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in social media management</li><li>Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and digital marketing</li><li>Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, and scheduling platforms</li><li>Strong communication, copywriting, and content planning skills</li><li>Ability to create and execute social media growth strategies</li><li>Good understanding of analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization</li></ul>Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
