Description
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will work with Supply Chain Management and their direct reports supporting a variety of coordination, organizational, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, organized, detail oriented, and excels at communication. They must be able to manage their work load prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Given the potential sensitive nature of some responsibilities, this position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Coordinate and draft departmental communications</li><li>
Organize weekly / quarterly Departmental meetings, distribute minutes, and manage deliverables from the meetings</li><li>
Maintain the SCM Organization's organization charts and contact lists</li><li>
Own the management of the corporate SCM teams budgets</li><li>
Manage the TA approval process for the SCM organization including PDCs</li><li>
Serve as the lead for the M-POWER team organizing meetings, generating deliverables, managing the budget, etc.</li><li>
Serve as the key contact with the Administrative Services department</li><li>
Maintain all equipment and supplies for the corporate SCM organization</li><li>
Other various administrative activities as identified</li></ul>
Key Performance Indicators
<ul><li>Pro-actively identify and resolve potential problems or issues that may impact a program, project or business condition.</li><li>
Critical issues are to be discussed with management for visibility, direction and alternative solutions.</li><li>
Performs other duties or Project Assignments, as required, at the direction of Management.</li><li>
Management of Corporate SCM team costs within budget</li><li>
Monthly M-Power communications and benefits within budget</li><li>
Approval of all TAs outside of the two week minimum</li><li>
Standardization of PDC admin activities</li></ul>
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday |Flexible hours: 6:00AM to 3:00PM to 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Required Qualifications
Education Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a preferred but not required.</li></ul>
Experience Requirements
<ul><li>Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management</li><li>
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software</li><li>
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties</li><li>
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal skills</li><li>
Friendly and professional demeanor</li></ul> 
 
Employment Type - Non-Exempt, Hourly Wage
Compensation - The expected hiring range for this position is $41,693.40 - 61,497.77, depending on experience and qualifications.
