Job Summary: Mohr Management Private Ltd is hiring a motivated Sales Associate for our Research/Business Intelligence division. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has an ability to turn a cold call into a lead. Your main role will be to find potential clients and set up meetings, allowing our team to present our Market Research/Business Intelligence services. You&rsquo;ll also use various tools and technology to help generate leads and organize schedules.
<div><div>This position requires a rigorous and consistent schedule of generating sales campaigns, executing outreach efforts, and driving business development activities. The role is highly proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on creating opportunities, engaging prospects, and cultivating client relationships. It is not a data analytics or research position. Success in this role will depend on your ability to design compelling sales campaigns, conduct outbound outreach, follow up with leads, and maintain a high level of activity to achieve measurable sales targets.</div>
<div></div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
</div>
Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and generate new business opportunities in the market research/business intelligence marketplace.
o Use Hubspot and Voip platforms to schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
o Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
<div>o Turn cold calls to warm calls</div>
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up.
Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the market research/business intelligence sector.
o Analyze competitor offerings and industry developments to position Mohr Partners effectively.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive sales growth.
Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
o Coordinate with the market research/business intelligence team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy discussions.

Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of real estate, market research and/or business intelligence processes.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales technology tools.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
</ul>
Certificates and/or Licenses:
<ul><li>Relevant sales or real estate certifications are a plus.</li>
</ul>

Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Involves work of a general office nature.</li>
<li>Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner.</li>
<li>Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type.</li>
<li>Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand.</li>
<li>Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.</li>
