 opportunity, ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing HR operations with executive-level support.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR compliance to keep operations running smoothly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding &mdash; including high-volume hiring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee relations, training, and performance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide executive administrative support (calendar management, reporting, travel).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update HR records, policies, and employee handbooks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of HR experience with strengths in payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
 </li>
