 Position Overview
 
 A growing organization is seeking an analytical and collaborative AI Data Specialist to partner across all business functions to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics can improve operational efficiency and business performance. This individual will serve as the bridge between business challenges and technology solutions, helping design scalable processes, automate workflows, and deliver meaningful business insights through data.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is naturally curious, business-minded, and technology-focused, with experience translating operational needs into practical AI-driven solutions. This role will work closely with leadership across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Success, Purchasing, and Quality to drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
 
 Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Analysis &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Quality, and Manufacturing to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements into automated reporting, dashboards, and workflow solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as an internal consultant helping departments leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and business performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 AI &amp; Process Automation
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify repetitive or manual business processes suitable for automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate emerging AI platforms and technologies for organizational value and practical implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement AI-powered solutions within ERP and CRM systems to streamline operational and customer-facing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop AI best practices, governance standards, and scalable automation strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
 Business Intelligence &amp; Data Analytics
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive analytics utilizing ERP, CRM, and business data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support data visualization and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
 </li>
 </ul>
 Technology Evaluation &amp; Innovation
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess AI applications, software platforms, and digital tools for usability, scalability, security, and long-term business value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate emerging technologies prior to enterprise implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend technology solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and organizational scalability.
 </li>
 </ul>
 Training &amp; Change Management
 <ul>
 <li>
 Educate employees on AI technologies, automation capabilities, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials supporting new systems and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive organizational adoption by ensuring solutions are user-friendly, practical, and aligned with business objectives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 QualificationsRequired
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in business analytics, process improvement, automation, artificial intelligence, or technology implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong collaboration and project coordination abilities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 Preferred
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar business intelligence tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience implementing business intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting ERP and CRM systems.
